Customer service is too bad.

The location of the hotel is far from the scenic spot and the city center, and the transportation is inconvenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning is very good. The service is not 24 hours a day and only appears at Checkiin. Others are self-service. But toothpaste, coffee, etc. are relatively complete.

It's a bit like a B&B, it should be converted from a three-story apartment. If two people live in the room, it will be relatively narrow, and the path will be blocked if the boxes are spread out. It is a 10-minute walk from Tamba Station. It is in a residential area, so it will be inconvenient to drag a suitcase with you. Theoretically, the staff on duty is until 9pm. If there is no front desk at the door at night, the door will be open. The room has a password lock, but the password doesn't seem to be changed every time someone checks in. It feels like it's fixed. In addition, the room is not very soundproof. There are supplies on the floor. If you need anything, you can get it yourself. There are Chinese service staff.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was too small. But the hygiene is very good and the facilities are quite complete. If you need anything, you can pick it up on this floor.

The facilities for accommodation were good. Since it's Corona time, I wanted hand soap. However, I don't know if the walls are thinner than I expected or if the room next door is really noisy, but it was annoying to be woken up by the voices talking in the middle of the night. It wouldn't quiet down so much that I had to bang on the wall to get it to shut up. Other than that it was good.
