The price is high, there is basically no service, the location is average, and the room is spacious! The bed was small, the quilt was short and leaky, and it was the only hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't provide bottled water. I was given a notice in Chinese when I checked in. It contained various precautions and the amount of fines for violating regulations, which made people feel very uncomfortable!

I am very satisfied with the room, the space is large, the tatami is very comfortable, and the children like it very much. The location of the hotel is also very good. Kiyomizudera Temple, Kyoto University, Nanzenji Temple, and Hanamikoji are not far away. We walked to them all. The hotel facilities are also very good, convenient and quiet.

There was a girl at the front desk who was very nice and enthusiastic, but the rest was average.

The location is not very good. You can choose other hotels near the station or subway. The room is really small. You have to open the round table to get your luggage. But in terms of cleaning management, the only good thing is to separate dry and wet areas, and the toilet is an independent compartment.

I booked this as a place to stay for a concert at the nearby Kyoto ROHM Theater Kyoto. I didn't expect much because it was classified as a simple accommodation facility, but it's quite amazing! It was a beautiful Kyomachiya hotel. The air conditioning is moderately good for this price. It is recommended to stay at this time when there are few inbound tourists.

十分滿意，房間很大，在京都很難得，有一個日式榻榻米，玩累了休息很舒服；地理位置好，可走路去袛園、平安神宮、南禪寺等；交通很方便，出門就是公交車站，坐201、202、203、206能四通八達，離地鐵也不遠；非常乾淨安靜，在居民區，正對着一個小寺廟。
