The hotel is close to Jr Kyoto Station, a 5-10 minute walk. It is located on a quiet street, facing a park. There is no sound at night and it is very quiet.
There will be English-speaking staff at the counter who are very polite and friendly. They will say hello and bow when they come back from going out, making you feel like you are being taken care of.
I highly recommend Private Bath. It only costs 1,000yen for 50 minutes and you can take a hot spring bath alone on the top floor. It is very comfortable and satisfying.

At first, there were only a few reviews and I was a little worried about the quality of the hotel, but after checking in, I found the hotel to be very good.
Although the hotel staff does not understand Chinese or English, they are very friendly. The room is large and clean. It would be better if the room could provide bottled water. However, there is a convenience store near the hotel, so it is not a problem.
It only takes about 6 minutes to walk from Kyoto Station, which is very convenient.
