Service from front desk was excellent, hotel was centrally located but surrounded by on-going construction and not easy to get to for drivers not familiar with the neighborhood. Everything else was great, including the breakfast.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from the city and has inconvenient transportation, but the hotel environment is still good enough to give you a holiday feeling, the waiters are also very attentive and polite, the breakfast is OK, but the dinner buffet does not provide other drinks, which is a bit insufficient.

The location of the hotel is good, not far from the city center, and the scenery outside the window is good. But the hotel facilities are too old, not like a 4-star hotel at all, more like an ordinary hotel. There are no tea bags, instant coffee, etc. in the room; and the hotel did not change the bottled water for me after cleaning every day, and did not give me new bottled water for the next few days after I reminded. The breakfast buffet has very little choice, not even fruit. Compared with the hotels I stayed in other countries in GCC, this one is the worst! will not choose next time
