Loved this traditional ryokan in kusatsu right next to the hot spring in the city center. They have a private onsen to use for free upon availability which we enjoyed a lot. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast with view to the spring is definitely a highlight.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. The water temperature of the hot spring pool is just what I like. There is also a private hot spring pool for families. I will stay here again next time I come. The view outside the hotel room is beautiful.
