Duqqan Deluxe Hotel

Hotel upkeep on room repairs need attention. Broken toiletseats and shower door catches and mirrors falling off and no phone connections wired up just hanging. So cant call reception. Other then that basic comfort . Barman overcharge for drinks 3 times the price to what he should have charged. Reception customer service, can be hit and miss. Kinda of no very helpful couldnt care or less. Breakfast was same everyday no variety . No coffee machine working for 10 days my entire stay. Tea is wicked. Buffet is ok edible. Priced expensive really compared to other very nice hotel options locally. Poolside was poorly kept broken tiles water drainage areas u could hurt urself. Just for the location i would say is the main attraction as close and within walking distance to all area shops rest bars.

Very cheap and basic but you get what you pay for mostly Turkish people staying at this hotel but it's rite smack bang in the centre of things the rooms are comfortable and basic but that's all you need if you are only spending time getting ready and sleeping pool area small but adequate small pool bar I would certainly return give orhan in the barbers around the corner a visit great guy and good shave and haircut and anatolia restaurant in the centrum for food

Good - Rooms were cleaned everyday - Friendly staff - Two super markets opposite - Bar downstairs (approx 30TL / £1.25 for cold drinks, alcohol is a little pricey) - Cafe downstairs, friendly lady works there Bad - Small lift that fits 2 maybe 3 people - Towels and bedding smell of cooking - Food is entirely based on a Turkish menu so may not be for you if you have fussy children - The only drink options are tea or water - Food is not self service - Can be loud outside at times (dogs baking singing coming from the mosque approx 5 times throughout morning and night, car horns) - Dining area is small and the tables are all very close together - The bathroom and furniture in the rooms need replacing - Breakfast is pretty much cheese, salad, eggs and boiled potatoes - The pool was empty - Shower head was broken

I do not understand how this hotel is a 4 star🤮🤮🤮. the room is very very dirty, the staff is detestable !! they came to clean 1x over a week (when asked) and it was still very dirty! they gave us the same towels! it is unacceptable it is not even worth 1 star in view of the dirt. they don't even speak english! the manager wanted to steal our papers!!! they don't give you any information! (meal times etc) the breakfast is disgusting, 🤮🤮🤮🤮the swimming pool is very dirty There is no internet ————— je ne comprend pas comment cet hotel est un 4 etoiles. la chambre est tres tres sale, le pesonnel est détestable !! ils sont venu nettoye 1x sur une semaine( lorsqu'on a demandé) et c'était toujours tres sale! ils nous ont remis les memes serviettes! c'est inacceptable ca ne vaut meme pas 1 étoile au vu de la saleté. ils ne parlent meme pas anglais! le manager a voulu nous voler nos papiers !!! ils ne vous donnent aucune informations!( heure des repas etc) le petit dejeuner est degoutant, la piscine est tres sale Les belges , français etc n’allez jamais dans cet hôtel, certe il est dans le centre ville mais la saleté , le service va vous répugner …. Il n’y a pas internet non plus

Worst hotel in my life!! 4 stars?!! Does not speak English ! Hygiene disaster, very very dirty room!! No information was given to us, it was a horror they cleaned the room only once when we asked (is a big word I would prefer to empty the trash cans) and gave us the sheets we already had. I have never seen a hotel like this it is not at all a 4 star I would not even attribute stars !! I don't understand the positive reviews 🤮 I do not recommend this hotel to all French speakers or english peoole who like a minimum of hygiene and sympathy and who cannot speak Turkish. The breakfast is very poor I let you judge for yourself with the pictures….. ———————— Pire hôtel de ma vie Ne parle ni anglais ni français Hygiène catastrophe, chambre très très sale!! Aucune informations ne nous a été donnés , ce fut une horreur il ont nettoyé la chambre 1 seule fois lorsqu’on as demandé ( nettoyé est un grand mot je dirais plutôt vide les poubelles) et nous ont remis les draps qu’on avais déjà. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil ce n’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles je n’attribuerais même pas d’étoiles !! Je ne comprend pas les avis positif 🤮 Je déconseille cet hôtel à tout les francophones, qui aiment un minimum d’hygiène et de sympathie et qui ne savent pas parler turc. Je vous laisse juger par vous même avec les photos …..

Location is great and most important advantage of this place. Amenities are acceptable Foods are average Personnels are helpful , in Resepcion specially Ms. Hüsniye are very responsible,helpful and thanks to her. Spa is great . At Nights you will find hookah and cocktails with some activities planned by hotel.

Hotel very plain old fashion jacuzzi in Bath nothing even working very cheap just to put your head down for the night stayed there twice out of handyness .2 minutes walk to centrum thats the only thing I liked about it x

3 ay öncesinden rezervasyon yapmıştım.Konaklamaya 1 gün kala rezervasyondan Hüsniye hanım bizi arayıp ayırdığımız odada tadilat olduğunu ve bizi başka bir otele yönlendireceklerini söyledi ve diğer otelin odalarının kendi otellerinden daha iyi olduğunu da söyledi.Sorun olmadığını ve gideceğimizi söyledik.Burda ki tuhaf olan şey bir çalışan kendi otelinin odalarını kötüler mi?Sonrasında yanına gittiğimizde çocukların yaşlarının yanlış olduğunu ve 1 odaya sığamayacağımızı 1 oda daha tutmamız gerektiğini ve mağdur olduklarını yüksek bir ses tonuyla bize soyledi.Ama aslında oda da tadilat yoktu asıl sebep bizim 3 ay öncesinden indirimli rezervasyon yapmamızdı.Burda asıl mağdur olan bizdik.Hüsniye hanımın müşteriyle olan tavır ve üslubu hiç doğru degildi.

I was surprised that the room has no cup for mouth wash. The bathroom was no ventilation. We lived two nights, but there were no room cleaning and towel changes in two days. I requested to have extra towels and the staff agreed to send it to the room. But the towels were never arrived...
