This Suhan Seaport Hotel is attractive in all aspects, starting with personnel greeting you at the entrance, all kind of conveniences and services you may be offered. Due to the hotel hospitality i want to come back to Kusadasi again and more. I appreciated the hotel's cuisine, facilities, infrastructure, friendly environment and I'd like to address my gratitude to the most handsome receptionist Aziz for his attentive attitude to the customers' necessities and helpfulness.

Friendly staff, especially Kamran was very kind and helpful. Hotel is located near Kusadasi Center, restaurants, supermarkets and taxi stand (be aware that there’s a steep hill next to the hotel). Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel provided necessary needs like toiletries, slippers, locker etc… On my first day I had a problem with the TV, remote and hotel key/card, they immediately fixed it without wasting any time which I highly appreciate. A few activities such as foosball (table football), chess and obviously swimming in the pool are at your service, what in my opinion is nice. The WiFi- coverage could be a little better and the water in the washroom was salty, but bar these things the hotel is great. I’d definitely come here back again next time I visit Kusadasi!

Ichecked out after 1 night of a 2 night booking and am still waiting for a refund! I would avoid this hotel. The manager tried to be helpfulbut still no refund. ******* customer service severely inadequate and very disappointing.

Feel the summer already. The nice hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the center. Ideal for shopping. But it is so quiet at night that the balcony door stays open. Pool, bar, massage, everything is in the hotel. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. It is about 50 minutes to Izmir airport. We had a lot of fun in the hotel's own fish restaurant Capa Balik. Simply amazing. We will miss it.

I just left an unforgettable stay at the Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel, and I'm already planning my next visit! The room was super comfortable with stunning views that made every morning special. All the staff were amazing - super friendly and always ready with great tips for exploring Kusadasi. The food was a highlight - dining with 360 degree views of the city took every meal to the next level. And the location? Perfect for visiting all the places there is to see. If you are going to Kusadasi and looking for a place that feels like a luxury home away from home, this is it. I can not recommend it highly enough!

Whenever I go to Kuşadası, the only hotel I choose is Suhan Seaport. We previously spent our summer vacation here with my family. Since we were very satisfied, we wanted to choose this place again. Even though we were in the winter season, there was no shortage of service and quality. A wonderful business that meets my expectations and needs with its clean rooms, a magnificent sea view, friendly staff, cozy fireplace and delicious breakfast... everything. Thank you very much.
