The hotel is very close to Shanghai. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. I arrived in the afternoon to check in. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, heart-warming and on point! We also upgraded one of us to a suite. The room is super nice. Every detail is very user-friendly, the robot service is very convenient, the noodle shop is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is cost-effective. In short, friends We spent a happy day at the hotel, and we all met together. We will come to Hualux for gatherings in the future!

So do not hesitate to stay again. The second time was the second day of the new year. I returned to the room at 9 pm and found that the air conditioner was broken. The front desk told me that there was a person who could not leave. After waiting for a while, a repairman came to debug to confirm that the air conditioner was not working. It is recommended that we change the room. Go to the front desk downstairs and wait for the room card. During the period, the front desk received three calls to deal with room service, and guests went to the front desk to cut in the queue to deal with things (such as a bottle of water). The front desk lady was very good, but one person handled so many things greatly increased the waiting time of the guests! With a 2-year-old child waiting late at night to repair the air conditioner to change the room for more than half an hour, the mood is very bad! Finally, I changed to the room on the 4th floor. After washing, I found that the socket in the room was not working. I called the front desk to inform me that I could change the room. It was already more than ten o'clock in the evening! I don't have the strength to change rooms anymore, blowing hair, boiling water, charging mobile phones - the only uninterruptible power outlet on the desk. The front desk actively handled the socket repair the next morning. The first time I changed the coat, I forgot to clean the aunt and helped me put it away. Everyone's service attitude is good, and they actively help solve problems, but there will be more guests on holidays, but the staff will be reduced, which will definitely affect the quality of service. I hope that the hotel can arrange work during the holiday in the future.
