The room service is satisfactory. The deposit was not returned in time. I booked three rooms but only one was reserved for some reason. Because all the guests came from Shanghai, the hotel asked me to pay the deposit to forgive my mistake. When I checked out, they told me that they would refund it the next morning. It had not arrived at 3 pm and I had to call to urge them to get it.

Service: Ctrip ordered a package, Xiao Guo of the hotel communicated and arranged in advance, upgraded the parent-child room, provided help throughout the process, and the service was great! Environment: The decoration of the parent-child room is very popular with children. There are small tents and small basketball hoops. Children's toiletries and small bathtubs are available, which is very considerate. The hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a small children's playground on the second floor, some entertainment settings, and a rich buffet breakfast. There is a night Kunshan market downstairs of the hotel, which is suitable for shopping at night. Staying for one night gives me a good overall impression of the hotel.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of Kunshan, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shopping centers around. The hotel's exterior design is modern and elegant, and the interior decoration is luxurious and exquisite, giving people a home-like feeling. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the bed is soft and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a deep sleep every night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, allowing me to fully relax after a busy day. The hotel's waiters are warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. Both check-in and check-out are very smooth. The hotel's catering is also worth mentioning. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is authentic. The restaurant has an elegant environment and exquisite and delicious dishes. It is a very good choice for both business banquets and family gatherings.

You can see the lake and mountains when you open the curtains in the morning, and your mood instantly becomes extremely happy. There are also bicycles for rent, which can be ridden directly to Xilu Garden Heyue Fengdao Farm, the indoor swimming pool is full of people even in winter, very suitable for bringing children😀 The hotel service is also impressive, every staff member is very warm and thoughtful, here are special thanks to Sammi, her service is meticulous, from check-in to check-out, she has given us great help, really thank her! we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Very right choice! Highly recommended! Over the weekend, I gathered a few friends to explore Yangcheng Lake and taste the hairy crabs that people across the country long for. After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.

A very nice comfortable hotel, located in a park setting, conveniently located near the beautiful old “water town” of Zhouzhuang. A great place to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Suzhou and Shanghai. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.
