The location is excellent! The main entrance to Cuihu Park is right outside the lobby; the street outside the parking lot exit is very lively, and you can eat, drink, and have a massage; The environment is very unique, with a retro style and exquisite decoration; The service is warm and meticulous, and the experience is very good; There are many snacks prepared in the room, the tea bags are of good quality, and there are many kinds of toiletries (including dental floss);

The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to the Green Lake Park. Transport is easy with lots of options. There are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious, with everything I want. The breakfast is great with decent selections. I will choose this hotel again.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and hygienic, good service, the concierge staff will help deliver takeaways to the room, thumbs up! It is a five-star standard hotel that can achieve five-star service. The breakfast is really good, there are many varieties, and the restaurant is very bright! Overall it is still worth choosing! The only thing that makes me a little regretful is that the mangoes brought to the room by the room attendant were moldy on the skin, and they were visibly dirty, and they were not washed, right? As shown in the picture... Or don't send it. If you want to send fruit, don't send it with moldy skin, right?

Overall it's very good, the decoration is elegant, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. They insisted on giving me snacks for breakfast, but I couldn't refuse even if I said no, which shows that the training management is very strict. The disadvantages are that the shower water pressure is insufficient and the shower experience is poor. In addition, the elevator does not move continuously, resulting in having to press several stairs, which causes waste and delays time.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.
