Room looks like advertised, and the check-in was very fast and smooth. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around.

跟朋友出遊昆明，選擇了這家三室兩廳兩衞帶廚房及陽台的民宿，簡直太棒了！民宿地處昆明核心商業區，吃飯、購物、地鐵及各類交通都極其方便，小區屬於高端社區，物業管理出色，對於我們女孩來説特別有安全感。房間乾淨、雅緻、温馨，床品都是無印良品的，柔軟舒適，看得出房主是個細膩有格調有情懷的人（後來得知是位上海美女老闆）。特別讚的是大廚房，東西齊全，我們就在邊上菜市場買了菜，自己做了飯，特別有家的感覺，完美！下次來昆明還會選擇這家民宿。

整體來説，不太滿意：1、位置和去哪兒網上不一致，如圖，實際位置不在地鐵口；2、窗户對着馬路邊，很吵，早上直接被呼嘯而過的車聲吵醒；3、床上用品都是晾在狹窄不怎麼通風的小陽台，被子有一股陰乾的味道。

小區環境優美，刷卡入户安全保障。房間安靜整潔，室內佈置簡約温馨，看得出房東平時也很注意清潔和保養。房間通風和採光都很好，廚房和洗衣房配套齊全，使用非常方便。感謝房東在入住期間及時提供聯繫和幫助，體驗感100分。

等電梯等得比較久，因為一棟樓好多酒店的。衞生做得不錯，房間設施夠用。
我剛入住那天掃衞生的大姐一直敲門，説要進來拿東西。。開門後拿了把鑰匙在櫥櫃下面拿了好多做清潔用的東西，説是東西都放在我這個房間。。。問題不大，但是建議這些東西另放其他地方。

朋友推介的房東姐姐，第一次入住就超級滿意，房間的風格在昆明本地民宿中比較少見，牆上掛的，桌上擺的聽説都是小姐姐自己動手做的，非常自然和原生態，小姐姐性格隨和又温柔，有求必應，房間/5星、衞生/5星、服務/5星………哈哈，下次一定會再來！

已經是第二次入住，風格一如既往的喜歡，乾淨衞生的環境佈置、舒服的床品枕頭，每次住了都不想離開，樓下的美食也太豐富了，外賣幾分鐘就到，這次又跟房東姐姐申請延時退房，嘿嘿，有點不好意思
