房間裝修比較舊了，衞生也不是很乾凈，電熱水器不太方便用熱水，要打開燒一段時間才能洗澡，所以沒洗澡，沒換衣服，穿着牛仔褲湊和睡了一晚，還好衹住一晚。服務還可以，接送站這點比較滿意，方便第二天要坐高鐵的我們。樓下有吃飯的地方

希望能在樓下做個標牌，不然在樓下很容易找不到位置，我們也是問了附近的人才知道一號樓是哪棟，電梯從哪進。屋裡希望做個掛衣服的地方，合理利用空間。不過夜景真的很不錯，就是窗户好像開不動。

地理位置好，距離南站步行30分鐘，緊靠理工大，師範大學兩大院校。樓下是熱鬧的商業街，有很多吃的，大學周邊的吃喝你懂的！😁店家提供接或送站2選1，到站給老闆電話，走到西廣場外面馬路等車。房間挺大，可以住5人，我一個人住浪費了。但週五這個房是最便宜的，其他酒店週五都大幅漲價，這家這麼大的房才130就很便宜了。雖然裝修一般，但也乾淨。水龍頭都有熱水，洗漱用品齊全。從窗口就能看到南站。缺點衞生間較小，且是蹲廁。牆上的鏡子真太小了，第一次見，哈哈。晚上也挺安靜，不吵。性價比高，還提供3瓶水。不過這邊離老街，南屏街挺遠的，公共交通要1個多小時。周邊有許多酒店。哦，建議老闆把招牌，指示再做大點，省得近視眼湊近看。😂😂😂

家庭房很好，因為要涼洗的衣服老闆人很好給換了一個帶大晾衣架的套房。有小桌子還有沙發，帶着孩子在房間吃飯很方便。床也大，房間空間也很寬敞。很喜歡，價位也很美麗。我們火車時間比較晚，老闆也讓我們一直住到兩點才退。謝謝老闆了。窗外景色也很美。

剛打開門就被温馨到了，是我喜歡的格局，哈哈哈哈好開心，和女朋友住的很開心，女友説必須好評，老闆服務態度也很好，在昆明南站算不錯的了，下次還來！一幢位置視野最好的一幢，吃飯方便樓底下全是吃的，風景不錯，落地窗也很安靜！好評！老闆家的狗子也很可愛！整潔乾淨，簡單温馨！

房間衞生還不錯，離高鐵站很近，酒店還有免費接送站服務，老闆服務也很不錯，酒店樓下全是吃飯的店，也很多便利店，非常方便，唯一缺點就是浴室的設備有點陳舊了，花灑的開關是壞的，調了半天水温才行，希望老闆定期檢查維修一下房間設備，性價比很高。
