位置很好，離南屏步行街就10多分鐘距離，地鐵口邊，出行非常方便，本來訂的雙床房沒了，老闆給我們免費升級了套房，住的很舒服

缺點:沒有一次性拖鞋。沒有一次性拖鞋！！沒有一次性拖鞋！！！老闆是個二百五，態度非常差，説話很討厭。沒見過這麼沒素質的前台。酒店前台在6樓，也沒有個標誌，跟着導航走根本找不到，是好心的保安給我們指路的。是居民樓改裝的，不安全。打掃衞生的阿姨用臟手套捏一次性杯子裏面，最好別用一次性杯子。看圖片，酒店臨街，晚上非常吵非常吵。優點:交通便利，門口就有地鐵站。床墊和枕頭舒服，睡覺挺舒服，空間很大，陽光很好。綜上所述，非常討厭那個男前台，我為我的以上言行負責。

這個酒店的地理位置特別好，出門就是地鐵口公交站，到哪去都方便？房間乾淨寬大，有冰箱，有洗衣機，還可以煮飯，洗衣服，床上用品很舒適，總之來説很滿意，以後到昆明就住他家了。還要刷門禁才能上電梯安全，周邊飯店小吃店很多，服務周到，衞生乾淨。性價比高，到昆明每年換一個地方住，這家是最好最方便的。

這酒店挺有意思。第一，樓下門口就是塘子巷地鐵站C口，交通特別方便；第二，前台小哥非常爽氣，問我是第一次來昆明嗎，然後就免費給升級到了14樓套房；第三，房間當然足夠寬敞，傢俱設備不太講究，畢竟是公寓改造的經濟酒店，但陋而不簡，該有的都有，大冰箱當晚就用上了，哈哈。總之非常超值，必須滿分好評。

給2星是因為床品相對乾淨，裝修一般還能接受。最大的問題是都沒有維修，開了兩間房，一間燈有一半不亮，洗臉化粧還得開浴室浴霸照明；另一間更離譜，淋浴房玻璃缺失一塊不要緊，另一塊還搖搖晃晃，而且淋浴噴頭也沒有，用一個馬桶清洗噴頭代替。洗澡洗一半沒有熱水了，打前台電話才知道外面有一個開關寫着冷熱是熱水器開關，我以為是空調開關，無語😓

設施有點老化，但也還好，屋子非常不錯，樓層角度很好，風景很美，前台怕不是個**，好像是個**，又比**缺根弦，服務態度感人，説話感人，理解能力感人，如果能忍受這幾點，這家還是一個非常不錯的選擇。

酒店位置就在地鐵二號線六號線的塘子巷站C出口處，下樓就可以坐地鐵去機場，衹需要大概三十多分鐘可以到機場，交通超級方便。酒店的樓下拐角處有一家老字號“建新園”米粉店的分店，過年也不打烊，味道也好吃，很贊。房間很大，衞生還過得去，房間內的設施有點老舊，估計是很長時間沒有搞過裝修了。

房間夠大，沒有網絡（説是正在換運營商），沒有電視（説是正在換運營商），2張大床，其中1張床上枕頭連枕套都沒有，枕芯臟！其中一個房間窗户關不上，房間內沒有1個水杯連一次性紙杯也沒有，不知道熱水器是什麼，2個人洗澡，1個人後半程衹能洗涼水澡。除了地理位置（地鐵6號線直達機場）

臟亂差，一個服務最差的前台，讓他做前台誰家沒有生意，嫌別人定一百多便宜，有本事自己賣3千五千，一個沒人打掃的破公寓，你要是讓他換個垃圾袋都像要了他命的嘴臉，嘴裏還一直嘟囔的罵人，千萬不要住他家，
