昆明滇池遊！！真的有被她們家服務感動！！
為了來滇池玩，在附近訂了這家名宿，由於我們到的比較晚，老闆特別熱情，專門來接我們！！
院子裏種滿了多肉～肉嘟嘟的非常可愛～昆明真是隨處可見的果樹：枇杷呀、桑葚呀～美得嘞！！
環境：前面還晾曬着浴巾被套，特別乾淨的衞生，馬桶都是智能的！！特別喜歡帶有民族特色的房間，很温馨～在這風和日麗的地方，有種回家的喜悦！
真的隨便看評分高的店，真的很值這分！良心推薦！不過沒有看到海鷗嗚嗚嗚（小遺憾

特別好的入住體驗，這個價位對應的舒適度，昆明天花板了，房東對客人也很貼心，對保潔阿姨的要求也很高，一點一點地教，可以説是耐心細心，衞生間比較大，用品也很好，建議房東可以提價，你值得

位置地處海埂大壩一條馬路之隔的別墅區內 一早步行過個馬路到大壩看海鷗衹要10分鐘左右，最主要老闆娘人超級漂亮好客 入住前一天會聯繫入住事宜及介紹周邊吃喝玩樂 到達會出來迎接 遊玩返回也會打招呼詢問遊玩體驗 送客也會送到門口 我們那天遊玩正好遇見大雨 渾身濕答答的 老闆娘讓趕緊回我們已經退房的房間吹乾休整 非常nice 房間圖示即所見就不拍了 乾淨整潔 空間大 房間裝飾的花草都是真的 這裏就放個到他們家院子蹭吃蹭喝的小動物 選她家物超所值

有2個房間，非常適合親子出行的家庭，衞生搞得很好，老闆娘很熱情，早上6點就安排了入住，房間是密碼鎖，房子就在滇池大壩腳下的小區裏，看海鷗非常方便。老闆娘很用心地修整小院，院裏種了很多漂亮的花花。

這次住的家庭房面積很大，有四五十平米，房間裝修很有特點，特別乾淨整潔，衞生間的洗沐用品很喜歡，床特別舒服睡到自然醒。出小區門就是海埂大壩，幾分鐘就可看到海鷗。老闆娘很熱情，服務周到，還給我們推薦了好吃的過橋米線。晚上回來，小朋友在院子裏玩的很開心，來昆明玩住這裏很合適，喜歡的親可放心下單，真心推薦。

一次很好的入住體驗。裏面有一個院子，房間很乾凈，裝修不錯，看得出來小物件都是精選過的，很喜歡那個別緻的紙巾盒。衞生間的沐浴露洗髮水很好用。店家服務很細心，老闆娘人不錯，很熱情，給我們介紹了附近景點和餐飲。春節過後海埂大壩仍很熱鬧，天氣不錯，觀鷗賞景。下次來還住這裏，離滇池海埂近，環境好。

店好像是24年才新裝修的，陳設非常乾淨清新整潔，小院還在整理，下次去應該更漂亮。
另外，昆明的鮮花真的不要錢麼？客廳擺了五盆花，一進客廳香氣撲鼻，非常適合拍照。
