A very nice, modern hotel in the heart of the Kumamoto shopping district - very convenient location, right at the cross section of the two major covered shopping thoroughfares. Check-in only at 3pm and is an automated check-in/check-out system. Staff are very helpful and friendly. At check-in, you are free to choose your amenities from a very wide selection, including bath salts, face cleanser, moisturizer, coffee, green tea, etc. There is a giant tv in the room. No bottled water is provided. The room offers a full robe (short yukata and pants!). The rooms itself are very modern and renovated. There are two Family Marts and a 7-11 within a block of the hotel, as well as many dining and retail options within short walking distance. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kumamoto Castle and a 30 minute walk to Kumamoto Station.

Very convenient location right opposite to the main bus station where there is a big shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The room was large and stayed with 4 families, but the cospa is too good. During the Obon festival, it was crowded and some of the front desk staff were not accustomed to the beginner mark, so there was a part that was not explained enough. I went down to the front desk several times in another time zone and asked a lot, but I was very happy to teach you carefully. I was grateful that I could lend my children's pillows and towels, and there was a welcome drink and shaved ice service. A négocier avant séjour ou sur place.
