We had an excellent stay here :) This hotel is new and clean, all fatalities are good, nice services, and can walk to travel spots.
I really recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kumamoto or Aso.
If I return to Kumamoto, I'll 100% book this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The environment and amenities were satisfactory, with convenient services such as umbrella rental, laundry service for a reasonable fee, and vending machines available.
One standout feature was the excellent soundproofing in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the shopping district and transportation options right outside the hotel entrance.
However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the pillows, which caused a rash. Despite informing the hotel staff, the resolution was limited to a simple apology. It would have been appreciated if they had offered a more proactive solution or compensation for the inconvenience.
Overall, though, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

最近辛島町電車站
自行存放行李很方便
缺點：房間光線不足

酒店好新好乾淨，但房間內部比較小，且燈光較為昏暗，睡前要記得把窗紗外的黑簾拉下，不然早上會被陽光曬醒。2樓的用餐區13點後可免費使用，有免費爆谷、糖果、咖啡、茶及排毒水，環境寧靜光猛舒適，可以買外賣去食。

新酒店真的很好住，到處都乾乾淨淨的，房間也算大，浴室乾濕分離，唯一不好就是房間有點暗。酒店對面馬路走進去已經是商店街，去新商場或熊本城也不遠。下次還會入住！

酒店離熊本城很近。比坐車方便。都是走路來回的。而且就在商業街邊上，離勝烈亭豬排飯的店過個紅綠燈路口就到。
酒店早餐品種很多，都是熊本鄉野名物。小碗拉麪等。
房間依然也是緊湊型，但該有的都有，就是光線暗了一點。
酒店一樓公共區有個免費寄存行李的。很方便。

酒店是新開業的，所以設施都很新，環境也很乾淨。工作人員親切有禮，樂於助人。房間環境有一點昏暗，但正是我先生和我所喜愛的氛圍，所以很享受，但如果不喜歡比較暗的環境的朋友就可能要注意一下。浴室是乾濕分離的，也是我最重視的一點。酒店雖然不近熊本站，但鄰近高速巴士站，可直達博多或福岡機場，加上有大型商場和食店街，而且鄰近景點熊本城（步行距離就可到達），所以我認為位置是十分方便的。 超值推介！

預訂酒店的時候沒怎麼看評價，就隨便選了個，沒想到踩到一個搞歧視的
下午到酒店的時候前台沒有其他顧客，正準備拿着護照去辦入住，前台一個***的**一看我拿着護照，冷冰冰的跟我説，讓我自己去自助機上弄。我本來想自己辦了算了，結果掃描了護照還要登記住址，選什麼都府。我要是在日本國內有住址，我用得着拿護照登記嗎？旁邊另外一個年輕工作人員看我表情不對，連忙跑過來想幫忙，結果連工作人員都不知道這個自助辦理應該怎麼操作
然後高潮來了，這是個來了個日本客人，那位*****馬上一臉殷勤的上去辦手續了
我當然就火了，用日語很大聲的問，為什麼我就得去自助辦理，我還以為你們人工不開呢！旁邊的年輕點的馬上帶我去櫃枱辦理，全程那個***一句話不説，當我不存在。我就直接説你給我解釋一下，你到底想幹嘛，撕了一頓才不情不願的道了歉，還一臉我沒錯，我下次還敢的表情
麻煩攜程在國外選擇合作酒店的時候審核清楚一點行不？這種又要在中國賺錢，又要搞歧視的酒店，你放它來這個平台幹嘛呢？
我會繼續寫郵件給它總部投訴，也會在小紅書和其他平台告知攜程選擇歧視中國人的酒店合作
