The hotel is new and clean, but the room is relatively small inside and the lights are dim. Remember to pull down the black curtain outside the window screen before going to bed, otherwise you will be woken up by the sun in the morning. The dining area on the second floor can be used for free after 13 o'clock. There are free popcorn, candies, coffee, tea and detox water. The environment is quiet, bright and comfortable, and you can buy takeaway food. 

The new hotel is really easy to live in. Everything is clean and the room is quite big. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The only drawback is that the room is a bit dark. There is already a shopping street across the road from the hotel, and it is not far from the new shopping mall or Kumamoto Castle. Will stay here next time!

The hotel is very close to Kumamoto Castle. It is more convenient than taking a car. We walked back and forth. It is right next to the commercial street, and the Katretei pork cutlet rice restaurant is just across the traffic light. The hotel has many breakfast varieties, all of which are local specialties of Kumamoto. Small bowls of ramen, etc. The room is still compact, but it has everything it should have, but the light is a little dark. There is a free luggage storage in the public area on the first floor of the hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are new and the environment is very clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room environment is a bit dark, but it is the a**osphere that my husband and I like, so we enjoy it, but friends who don't like darker environments may want to pay attention. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is also the most important thing to me. Although the hotel is not close to Kumamoto Station, it is close to the highway bus station and can go directly to Hakata or Fukuoka Airport. In addition, there are large shopping malls and restaurant streets, and it is close to the scenic spot Kumamoto Castle (within walking distance), so I think the location is very convenient. . Then the climax came. This was a Japanese guest. The ***** immediately went up to complete the formalities with a diligent look on his face. Of course I got angry and asked loudly in Japanese, why do I have to go to the self-service service? I thought you couldn’t do it manually! The younger guy next to me immediately took me to the counter to check in. The *** didn't say a word during the whole process and pretended I didn't exist. I just said to you, please explain to me, what exactly do you want to do, and after a while, I reluctantly apologized, with a look on my face that said I was right, I will dare you next time. Can Ctrip please check carefully when choosing partner hotels abroad? Why would you allow a hotel like this to make money in China and engage in discrimination on this platform?
