Good location & views . Lack of laundry service is quite disappointing. Good mattress. air conditioner is working. I prefer fan because doesn’t like to stay all night long in air conditioner room. Good food for breakfast. very crowded during my stay because it is school holiday .

Hi, we had a great stay in AC hotel. The room is very clean and shower is great with strong water pressure. Morning breakfast is good too. We really had a good rest and pleasant stay.

Best to stay here. free parking, good food, small room, clean bathroom. Great view and great value. Location in the middle of viral places. Just walking distance. The best place to stay in kuantan. They have 2 big swimming pools. Breakfast menu was really great. Will come back for longer stay. Beach fronting. Nice view

Quality of food need to improve in term of taste. Rice menu alway mushy for nasi dagang, nasi kerabu & nasi minyak.

I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.

The Hotel is nice….the room is so big, clean and tidy. The furniture is complete with refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Besides that, the location also strategic because nearby shop and opposite there’s have so many food stall. The sea view very nice and the swimming pool also is awesome!

Booked for family garden chalet but in the midnight got electricity issues which the hotel authority immediately transfer us to another room for sleep. Even paid the price for family chalet then need to change to standard room (connecting room) I’m ok with that bcs the staff feels responsible and also friendly. Recommended to stay here and will repeat ✅

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free.
