The cleanliness of the hotel is good, the staff is very friendly. One of my best choices when I travel to terengganu

Service is good... however room of improvement as below:
*Room is good, clean, but too small
*no minibar
*need to have floor mat since room flooring is not carpeted, floor wet every time comes out from washroom
*stayed at 4th floor but need to go 3rd floor for ironing. So inconvenient
*Surau dirty and stuffy, no fan
*Photo of Sultan Mizan is already faded at the lobby, and no Prime Minister photo..

The receptionis was so kind and helpful pkus she was so jovial, and welcoming! The room was just nice a suitable space for single traveller. I once stayed during it early days and it was nice. Location wise, they have 2 nice cafes nearby and also near the hypermarket.
