Service: They are all great and the service is good

The location is on the window sill in the city center. You can directly see the Kuala Lumpur Tower which is great. There are some convenience stores and snack bars nearby, which is more convenient. The room is very large and suitable for a family trip. It has a washing machine and dryer. The bad thing is the breakfast. The breakfast is cooperated with the surrounding snack bar. There are 6 breakfasts and 1 of 6 set meals is not enough.

My stay at E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur was a mix of positives and challenges. The spacious room offered good value, and the central location provided stunning city views, which were definite highlights. However, the amenities were outdated, with an air conditioner that struggled to cool and a smelly toilet. The cleanliness was further compromised by stains across the window blinds. Additionally, despite requesting twin beds and informing the reservation staff in advance, I was disappointed to find that no such room was available upon arrival. This lack of accommodation to booking preferences, alongside the other issues, detracted from the overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the strategic location and roomy accommodations might still make it a viable option for some. Definitely not 5 stars if you expecting one

Despite these issues, the residence’s strategic location and spacious accommodations might still appeal to some.

The pillows had a strong smell of sweat, and the pillow core and quilt core had probably not been changed since the hotel opened. An additional 500RM deposit is required upon check-in and is non-refundable after check-out.

The hotel's location, environment, and facilities are all good. The rooms are large. The beauty at the front desk upgraded her room to a room with a view of the Kuala Lumpur Tower, which is beautiful👍🏻 Want to stay for a while. The disadvantage is that the towels are not professionally washed and disinfected: the towels are washed in the washing machine in the room, and then placed in the dryer to dry, and they are forgotten to take them out.

The room is large, the service attitude is very good, and all requests are dealt with immediately. Although it feels like an older hotel, the maintenance is careful and the location is also very good.

Good location. Can walk to KLCC. The room is very big and clean.

From check-in to check-out, everything was amazing. had a small issue with the safe but it was rectified within 2 minutes. The staff are super helpful and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. 20/10 would stay there always.
