I have never seen such a bad place! The ***** at the front desk is super fierce and has an extremely arrogant attitude. I don't know how such a ** can provide service or contact customers on the front line...

Not so bad not so good

Hotel 🏨 good location but amenities provide not complete as per description, have to request from counter they just provide

Bad experience. Dirty pillow case provided on the first night but charged us during checked out. Said we made the stain. That was long time blood stain on pillow case but claimed we made the stain and charging us. I said will give bad comment and they said they Ok and good for bad comment. Seem like they have much experience by doing this for extra charges. Very bad experience.

Shud provide tooth brush n paste too

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, and nice staffs, good room rates, highly recommended

The service is really rubbish. Fortunately, I paid a 200 MYR deposit. There are not even disposable toiletries in the room. I don't know what the deposit is for fear that guests will steal. Steal the air? Whoever stays in mad will regret it. The front desk is also stubborn.

性價比很高，附近吃的不少，也有超市，房間雖然不大，不過因為衹是住一晚，值得推薦

The staff are very friendly. Walking distance to Pavilion KL.

Just nice for a place to rest. Location is good and convenient to at the center of KL.

This Hotel is cheap and Clean.. Hotel location at Bukit Bintang a lot of Local food and Pub.. Just by walk can go anywhere..

At the entrance they asked for some kind of deposit, uh, there are no windows in the room at all, and keep in mind that the hotel is located on the street with ************* there are a lot of bars with such services

I like the facilities .. its easy to access to any restaurant and shop .. the staff also very helpful
