the check in process is troublesome, no reception.. i found hair inside the bathroom. when giving deposit they only can refund 3-5days working i dont know what is so hard to refund back guest money .. its really frustrating i wont choose this place again..

bad clening Dirty room

Overall it was disastrous staying at this establishment!! We were so looking forward to this trip but it was ruined by the stay in this apartment units. We stayed four nites. The lobby was very smelly akin to smell from a public Men toilet. We booked four rooms. The issues were as below:- 20th Flr - Room internet was not great as the router is at next door , a 2 bedroom unit. 18th flr - Rooms internet was not working for entire stay. No offer to move to other units or provide any solution to issue. 15th For - Room Aircon was faulty. It was loud and not cold. I was sweating in middle of nights. Complained on day 1 and follow up everyday but no one came to fix or update us the solution until the 3rd night I had to lash out at them. It was fixed the following day but all too late for nothing. It was totally unacceptable with this level of customer service that no solution or refund/credit was given for the sufferings we've gone through. Poor follow up on the issues by customer service team. What was very disappointing is they knew of the internet issue at 18th flr and yet they put us there. We felt we were cheated paying for less than advertised. The smart Tv was useless as it relies on internet connection. Hairdryer was faulty and never replaced even though we follow up everyday. The only positive I can say is the location. Being in the middle between major shopping centres. It is located in between Pavilion an TRX. Anyone who still wants to stay here, avoid 18th floor at all cost... you have been WARNED!

Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am. The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times.
