We have a pleasant stayed in Hyatt. Swimming pool facing the sea which is very relaxing and nice view. Hotel facilities is good but the tennis court is very poor condition for 5 stars resort. Which seriously need to be upgraded. Overall we had wonderful and relaxing stayed in Hyatt with our room balcony facing the sea. Staff are very helpful and good customer services.

It has been awhile since we went to Kuantan. So alang2 pergi kenduri di Kemaman, so we decided to stay here for 1 night. It was a lovely stay. Their breakfast is so good. Even my husband said like a premium. 😁 We love to come back for more night stays. Kuantan has been lovely. Please try Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese. They served good foods too. Only 5 mins from hotel.

Great value for money! Good escape destination when living in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a nice and easy accessible beach destination💯.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospital. Then location of the hotel is directly by the beach and it has two pools, tennis court, gym and many more facilities.
Breakfast is by the beach and offers great sunrise view which you cannot miss, so wake up early! 👌✨️

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Fadzlina was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place to be to start the new year! Beautiful beach, sunny days and clean room. Breakfast was to our liking. Second day breakfast was a little different from the first day hence you get to try new things. Service was top notch. Planning for our next trip!

Hyatt teluk cenpedak is always our go to place. Close to everything. On our arrival, front desk had been so accommodating assigning us the best room available at the time for family with little kids. Breakfast buffet was good. However room cleaning service was below satisfactory. They didnt replenish box of tissue and toiletteries and didnt change towel. They could better cleaninv up the room. Other than that They can improve on allow access on netflix access on their smart tv
