I did my reservations with *******, On my way! To the hotel i got a snow avalanche so i got lata to the hotel, driving all night after i get there the lady in the front treated me very bad, telling me that my reservation was cancelled, that they call me the all night, my phone was dead and i only see 1 phone call

This was the worst hotel I have had in years. Toilet seat was taped together. Sink in the bedroom. Did not feel that clean. Advertise that breakfast provided. NO Breakfast.

Staff very polite and sociable, allowed early check in as we arrived before check in, which allowed us to prep for our hunting trip. Bed was a little too soft for my comfort, but adequate for a decent night sleep. Microwave, fridge and TV worked well, but A/C / Heater did not regulate the room temp well despite adjusting control. The room suited our needs for the hunting trip and again Staff was polite, helpful and sociable.

Just traveling through, hotel met our needs, although the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only coffee and juice containers, with pre-packaged Danish or muffins to eat. Some yogurt, and toast or bagels would have been nice. And some milk!
Room was very comfortable and staff were helpful.

The toilet was not cleaned. And there was an item from a previous occupant hanging in the closet. Overall cleanliness and paying attention to details like this could definitely improve a person’s stay. :/

I wasn’t expecting much for a hotel in Kremmling, but I was quite disappointed for the price we paid verses what we got. I picked this hotel specifically because it advertised as “free breakfast”. There were only 2 muffins available. As we sat with our coffees, hotel guests came in, looked at the lack of “breakfast” and walked out. The faucet in our room was leaking all night, the carpet is old and gross. If the opportunity arises for a stay in Kremmling, I’ll go try somewhere else. On a positive note, we went to Moose Cafe and the food was delicious and the service was great.
