Novotel Krasnoyarsk Center

The hotel has good security. When checking in, I saw the police taking away several young men and women who were disturbing the hotel. The conference room is great, suitable for meetings with dozens of people. The hotel rooms are of moderate size. There are restaurants and theaters nearby.

An excellent hotel in the very center of Krasnoyarsk. The staff is very polite, competent, answers to all questions. Cleanliness, thoughtfulness, comfort. We asked which floor we preferred, we were put on the highest one, and we checked in without extra charge at 11 a.m. instead of 2 p.m.

The hotel is great! Here you can and want to find fault, but everything is perfect. And the staff is polite and competent, and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need, and the restaurant is good. The breakfasts are delicious. The location area is the most successful. Everything is comfortable, thoughtful, clean. Special thanks for the fact that travelers with heavy suitcases (for example, for me) have no problems in this hotel either.

The cleanest room I've ever seen! The service is excellent! The food in the restaurant is luxurious! I recommend only Novotel to all travelers to Krasnoyarsk! The staff is responsive, requests are resolved promptly. The child was given a nice surprise and it was especially nice that there was a lot of children's food on the breakfast buffet

We flew to Krasnoyarsk from Moscow the day before the start of the Yenisei expedition on the ship "Maxim Gorky" in order to adapt to a different time zone and walk around the city on our own. We rented a room (superior standard with a double bed) in Novotel, since my wife had already stayed at the Krasnoyarsk Hotel, she wanted something new)) And we got exactly what we expected for a day. The room was very quiet and we slept well. The bathroom is good, no complaints. The view from the window was of the Opera House, beautiful. The hotel is located in the beautiful center of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions, including light fountains and the Yenisei embankment. The hotel has its own restaurant, where we had lunch in silence, noting that the kitchen cooked at a very good level. And a very nice waitress served us. Directly opposite the hotel there is a wonderful wine boutique with a selection that would be the envy of many Moscow wine boutiques)) Breakfast was also varied and delicious. My wife and I usually don’t have breakfast at all, but here we allowed ourselves to for gourmet reasons)) There is one drawback. There is no taxi access to the entrance. I had to carry a heavy backpack and suitcase quite a distance from the place where the taxi driver could drive up. Otherwise the hotel met our expectations.

I really wanted to give it 3 out of 5, but I restrained myself. Obviously, we need to get used to the new reality and quality control with the level of Russian indifference. So what do we get for 100 euros standard per night? Location - in the center, next to the beautiful Communal Bridge. The hotel is located in the shopping center building from the 3rd to the 8th floor. At the same time, there is no view of the Yenisei, there is a view of the opera or, as in my room, of the former McDonald's and a very nicely decorated place for young people to hang out, but with the corresponding disadvantages - screams until late at night. The rooms are not bad, even with creativity, a spacious closet and a good bathroom with decent plumbing fixtures, but they are already quite worn out. The system is “only shower gel and shampoo in the room, order the rest at the reception.” I don’t really like this one, because all this other stuff usually becomes necessary when you’re in the shower. To be fair, they bring it quickly upon request, and not only what is indicated in the picture in the bathroom. For example, they also brought a robe and slippers, although the robe had several darns/patches in different places. Breakfast is terrible. No HORRIBLE. Maybe I was unlucky with the shifts. There are few tables, and no one may sit at them, but dirty dishes are not cleared away for a long time. One day, next to the buffet, something sticky was spilled abundantly on the floor, everyone walked around and stuck it, the staff too - but it was never cleaned up during my breakfast. As for the food, everything is very modest and not particularly tasty. And this despite the fact that in general the city has excellent public catering. There are no scrambled eggs, the eggs, proudly divided into 3 and 5 minutes, are all overcooked. The baked goods are not tasty. The bread is weathered. Dishes are poorly washed. There is a SPA and a mini-gym, where the only SPA options are hammam and massage. Everything is neat and pleasant, if again not for the lack of service. I went there after someone visited me - towels, cups, everything was lying around, there were puddles on the floor. The staff only clears out at closing time, it seems. A colleague lived nearby in an Ibis, the impressions of the service were much better

Excellent hotel, good location, spacious rooms, good friendly staff, the only thing that could be improved is the path for suitcases in front of the doors, it could be marked with light *****s

The hotel is brand new, or looks like new. What’s unusual is that the reception is on the third floor; the hotel’s rooms are located above. The room is wonderful - large, spacious, bright. Excellent sound insulation, so quiet. In addition to the bed there is a sofa, chair, table, kettle, hairdryer. All new. There is only no robe, but this did not interfere with the rest. The shower is great. The breakfast is wonderful, everything is very tasty. You can make toast, but freshly baked bread is much tastier, I recommend it! Coffee and tea are all high quality. The choice of food is large, from porridge to pancakes and cheesecakes. The hotel has a gym in the basement, it’s a little strange there, it’s very small, but the locker rooms are large. There is a hammam, but I haven't been there. I'll be back with pleasure!
