I had a great 4D3N stay at this hotel! Staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast halal, facilities great, spacious and clean room! A bit far from Aonang Muslim Street but dont worry, theres a lot of motorbike rental services around the hotel. Near with restaurants and 7E! Definitely will come back

We stayed in this hotel during CNY, and it was completely booked out. The location of the hotel is good, walkable distance to everything you need: shops, restaurants, bars, beach. The hotel itself is clean, the pool is good but the water is cold. The breakfast is okay. The massage at the hotel was decent, too. Nice place for its price.

Krabi SeaBass is a gem! Impeccably clean & superb customer service. The owner's attention to detail is truly remarkable. Its riverside location in the city is perfect for long tail boat trips to Koh-Klang's seafood dining and enjoying the nightlife. Highly recommended!

My experience has been okay at this hotel. Walls are very thin and blinds aren’t black out so sleep has been a little bit of a problem especially with very loud wildlife in the Mountain View room (as can be expected for the latter). Mosquitoes are a big problem here and I had to ask for my room to be sprayed daily over my 5 day trip. Hairdryer was damaged in my room. List of charges for mini fridge items was provided but no items provided. However, bed is relatively comfortable and rooms are a good size. They will charge you for any accident (coaster breakage) etc. Service was okay. Highlight for me was rooftop pool.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

The property is strategically located near to Ao Namg beach but you have to walk appx 1 km from it Rooms were spotless clean and comfortable Small though Perfect for couple or small family We booked superior pool access room and stairs from the balcony to the pool was great experience Breakfast was basic and not too many choices from vegetarians as well as non vegetarians Services……non existent at all Reception in the new building, you have to walk 50 mtr steep ramp to reach Staff was courteous but clueless No help in luggage shifting or anything Very comfortable stay as we didn’t require any assistance at all

The service staff in the restaurant are all lovely. Especially the restaurant manager, good service, very cute, take care of customers very well, reception men and driver. Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved. Superb location with beach access. Room a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was ok. Happy with overall stay.
