A GOOD HOTEL, VERY NICE LOOKING, STAFF ARE FREINDLY ENOUGH, GOT TOURIST CENTRE THERE. POOL IS VERY GOOD. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST, HOTEL CERY CLEAN, PILLOWS AND DUVET ARE VERY GOOD, BED A BIT HARD FOR MY LIKING, ACROSS TGE ROAD TO BEACH. GREAT FOOD NIGHT MARKET, BARS AND RESTAURANTS 20 METRES AWAY. DOWNSIDE. LOTS OF KIDS BANGING ABOUT. IF U HAVE POOL ACCES ROOM U GET LOTS OF BANGING FROM ABOVE..

Nice and nice hotel Nice swimming pool Impressed when entering the room for the first time. Get a light fragrance Makes you feel relaxed, clean hotel, lovely maids. Suitable for relaxation. The service staff in the restaurant are all lovely. Especially the restaurant manager, good service, very cute, take care of customers very well, reception men and driver. Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

Place was nice. The receptionist was very friendly and always willing to help. It is a nice quiet area if you just want to relax for couple of days. Breakfast wasnt that bad also

Halal foods for breakfast. Great location and kids friendly (w slide pool) for a good price. Highly recommended. Rent a bike if you like to go ao nang landmark rather than take a tuk tuk cause price return the same as bike rental.

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

Wow, what an incredible experience! We absolutely loved this resort! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with setting up mopeds, ordering a taxi, transportation to the airport, and so much more. We went to Tiger Cave Temple, which is not too far away and is an incredible place that everyone must go to. It's a tough hike, but worth the views at the top. One day we did a luxury private long tail boat tour and wow, amazing! There's so much to do in the area. The resort was super clean and even better, you get the amazing jungle views. Hopefully one day we can make it back and we will make sure that we stay here again !!

It’s a lovely hotel a little bit out the way but I like to walk so that was good. The gardens and pool are beautiful and looks on to the mountain stunning view. The room was very nice but not cleaned very well there were stains on the walls that would easily come off with a wipe. They say breakfast is included but it’s just a cup of coffee and a warm wrap. I never pay to have breakfast at hotels in Thailand as I never find it very good but this was automatically included in the price. One morning when I opened the wrap it was all mouldy. Breakfast and cleaning aside I would definitely stay here again.

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.

Although the sink might be considered small, it proves to be inconsequential when compared to the overall positive aspects. Following our enjoyable two-night stay, we are undeniably compelled to return.
