The receptionist was not really friendly and when I pay for my deposit he did not give me a receipt. Not to mention, the receptionist also look like high which was really inappropriate. Also I’ve already booked for deluxe queen bed room but during check-in, the receptionist tried to change the room to 2 single bed instead. When i insisted for the queen bed, the receptionist gave me a bitter look as if it was my fault to do such request. To make it worse, after the checkout i received a compound ticket for the parking as the receptionist did not inform me about the parking space. As for the room, everything’s quite okay for the price but the pillow were quite hard and not comfortable.

[Pros] Good location; Ample parking (paid public parking) [Cons] Internet was very slow, and totally could not load Tiktok contents; Bathroom was very small. when I was sitting on the toilet bowl, my knees were touching the wall; Noisy, wall not sound proof; No elevator.

The rooms were really spacious. We are family of four and we took the deluxe room and found it very large with queen bed, single bed and extra sofa couch. Toilet was huge as well. Only downside was the rooms had a stale smell of where it was hardly used. Toilet too. The hotel room had an eerie vibe feeling. Other than that ok. Hotel breakfast we didnt manage to try as we all woke up late.

The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request.

I stayed in this hotel few years back, it was an old hotel . Never wanted to repeat but this time, due to a last minute arrangement, this is the only hotel available for me. From outside everything looks the same but it came my surprise that they have upgraded the rooms with modern simple design. I like it now and I like the location. Hopefully the hotel emphasises more on the clealiness especially the washroom. overall the hotel is good for its category.
