M.C Mahberi Beach Hotel – All Inclusive

A great hotel for a family holiday with children. Lots of places for children to play. Friendly staff, interesting programs throughout the day. The variety of food could satisfy any gourmet. The attentive and charming hotel manager personally communicated with the guests and helped resolve issues, for which I personally thank him! I definitely recommend this hotel!

I have never been to such a disgusting hotel in my life. It is a filthy hotel, from its restaurant to its rooms. Bars are already a disgrace; they are open one day and closed the other day. In the hotel with a capacity of 1200 people, only one bar is open most of the time. The employees were always drunk. Definitely don't go.

Absolutely shocking hotel, never a 5*. My room looked like it's never been cleaned, blood, lipstick on the walls, carpets. Cupboard doors were hanging off, kept asking for clean towels. Entertainment was none existing, games room never open. Food was horrible 🤢🤮

I have been going on holidays for more than 20 years, every summer of each year. Sometimes more than once in a year. This was, by way far, the worst holiday experience, ever. Here is the summary; (yes, it is just the summary) Rude managers, very rude indeed. Except Mr Ayhan, he tries every time you have a problem but, unfortunately, problems never end. All employees are tired, exhausted, nervous and complaining about terrible hotel management all the time. "Sorry we don't have this, that..". You would hear this everywhere. At bars, the restaurant, the spa center when you want to get fresh towels.. whenever you need something, they don't have it. Being overcrowded and full of long queues. I remember I waited for 20mins just to get a drink. Queues everywhere: for drinks at bars, for icecream, for anything in the restaurant, in front of the elevator.. Full of Russians and Polish people. Not in a ****** way but I am sorry guys, most of you are reckless, spreading dirt everywhere, drinking too much and disturbing other people, not familiar with social order and respecting others. There are even more but I am tired of writing. By the way, I would also like to thank(!) to Tatilbudur as they did not care about any of our problems. Lastly, it is fairly cheaper than most of the other hotels. How nice :)

Was great experience Mc beach resort hotel. Beautiful resort with private beach the rooms is very clean and tidy the cleaners no speak English but try to understand when I needed help. We had great Turkish dinner night with traditional dance and decorating we will keep this night in memories. To the manager Huzeyfe Thank you for your confidence and support and always around to make sure all customers happy. Team work very hard and we appreciate that. For anyone who is planning holiday soon - avoid MC Beach Park Resort hotel! Definitely not a 5* hotel, more like 2* or less ! Dirty over all, rooms lobby, halls, restaurant, bars etc, the condition is horrendous! Food everyday the same and defo not freshly cooked! Saw staff picking up leftovers from plates and putting back on trays for other people to pick - absolutely puts me off of eating in the hotel ! Wish we didnt go or choose different hotel ! Also staff only speaks Turkish or Russian so if you are English speaking native you don’t have chance to speak to anyone! I saw few bad reviews here on trip advisor and I thought people just like to moan and I ignored that and we booked to go there, now I wish I didnt and really took a note of what was said here ! Everything is true ! Hotel dirty and not worth any pennies ! So if anyone reads this pay bit extra and go somewhere else - my advice and own experience!

Read the reviews and avoid. Just returned from a week here and can’t believe how bad it was. The hotel is far from 5 star, it’s not even 2 star. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of updating, the whole hotel is dated, the food is shocking, cold and tasteless. On check in we were greeted by an ignorant receptionist who chose to finish her conversation with a colleague, told to wait. Then after check in we were taken to our room on the 6th floor, dark corridors, paint and walls all chipped and dirty, carpet Mismatched and patchy - not 5 star. In to the room (described as a 2 bedroom suit! ) which it wasn’t!!!!Dark, dusty, dingy and dated. 1 double bed, 2 single beds all uncomfortable and stained mattresses, hard stained pillows. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet roll with others guests faeces on it! Shower had no power. The electrics tripped every time we used anything. The mini bar was stocked with 4 bottles of water! Some of the windows had no blinds/ curtains up. The TVs did not work. Communal wifi was poor, paid extra and that worked imminently The pools and water park are good but the slides aren’t always open.

Totally agree with the other reviews of TERRIBLE HOTEL! I booked it not like I normally do but via Hays travel agent who used a company Classic Package holidays an agent only company. It was all a bit of a last minute thing so not on my A game as usually I double check hotels flights etc read reviews and tick all my boxes but thought the old style travel agent would be a safe choice. The flights with SunExpress were fine and the transfer was ok but once at the hotel we came to see this wasn’t the hotel for us or for any British sane person. Only one of the hotel staff spoke reasonable English but like all the rest didn’t care and looked so unhappy to be there as most of the Russian/Romanian/Turkish guests did to in the short 4 days there never saw a smile or even heard a thank you in any language. On a positive note (the only one) there was a great water park area for the kids. The hotel was 3star max run down by European standards think the Turks star rating is what ever they feel like. The main issue was the food, terrible quality with little change and used over the whole day,breakfast, lunch & dinner! A lot of guests rushed to dinner as by the time we got in lots of dishes were cold and had run out. There was no kids sections and food like roast chicken was gone in the first half hour and not restocked. So bad had to take my child to McDonald’s for two nights. Total tailored to Eastern European tastes. Had enough on day three called my travel agent to get us moved and on day four plus £320 later we moved to much better place Seza garden holiday club ten minutes down the road it was 5 star to but only 3 really but our choice was limited due to being high season although it was nice great location lovely staff and great food for all so not a completely wasted holiday. Avoid the MC group hotels even on a tight budget. I don’t point fingers but never using an independent travel agent again will book directly with Tui or Jet2 it was a lot harder to change using separate booking agents, stressful and costly. Read your reviews check and double check before you book any holiday and travel agents like Hays only want you money and don’t check or advise you enough.

The worst hotel ever, the staff doesn't speak English, only a little Russian, the rooms are not cleaned, the towels are not changed, if you don't give them tips they don't look at you, small disposable glasses, the rooms are old and the bathroom is dirty, but the worst is the food! you don't have anything to eat, it's the same every day, only if you haven't eaten everything today, sauce or water is added tomorrow! stay away from this hotel! Plus those who sell vacations for this hotel should first check and then sell, I would see how they would stay in this hotel, but they are not interested in anything, only the money! shame
