The room was small, but it had air conditioning and a TV, and the toilet and bathroom were relatively clean. There was a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and it was frequented by many people. If you don't have any particular preferences, I think it's fine to stay here.

The property was in a good location. Staffing behaviour is good (the receptionist lady(night shift receptionist)was so polite and helpful (both the night and morning shift receptionists are well taken care of all guests) Big Negative The bad thing I faced is they have provided me a room with an broken door bathroom, which I was unable to close it, it will always be kept open, when I request to repair or change the room they have ignored saying that rooms are fully booked and door is not able to repair now, one guy came and adjusted it putting some paper on the door lock. I suggest everyone to check the rooms and make sure everything is good in condition before they alloting you the room. For me they didn't show me the room they directly alloted and guided to room. i trusted them but I failed in that. so make sure you see the rooms before getting in. MOST POSITIVE IS GOOD FOOD You can try their food, it's a little expensive but one time you need to try

Very small room, No out side food allowed, Wifi not working in 6th floor, TV do not have major subscriptions like Sports 18 ( unable to enjoy Ind vs Sa 4th T20)

Room were good but there is no fan in the room and as well as the ac is situated in such a place where it's not making the room cold so please look in that matter

It was a nice stay, location is good, room service was good, staff behaviour were polite, only issue is room size was a bit smaller.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was so clean. Staff behaviour was also nice. The food they served in the room was okay okay not that much good.

Hotel and service was good. While food was little sweat as i like little spicy food it was not upto mark.

Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot ***** with better customer service. Breakfast is okay but other food items are not upto the mark and taste can be improved significantly.

The location of hotel is exactly what i was looking for, and the whole staff is just simply polite in behavior through check in - out, the room was also neat with full amenities. Overall i will highly recommend this hotel as it's very near to vac

Room is too small, not enough space to move. There was continuously water leakage from roof and ac.

Room’s are not very clean. The washroom door doesnt lock, there is no proper ventilation and its full of moisture. The washroom was clean.

A good experience and excellent for solo travellers and the quality of food was good, not to forgot about the humbleness of staff

Hotel location & room was good. I was expecting a mini fridge in the room to have cold water. Moreover the stay was good.
