NX Hotel

Upon arrival, the check-in process at nx hotel was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were welcoming and courteous, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in formalities were completed swiftly, and i was provided with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. Room: i stayed in a deluxe room at nx hotel, and i must say that the room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, well-furnished, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had a work desk, a flat-screen tv, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker, providing all the conveniences needed for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were pretty small and as soon as we checked in the windows were open and there were so many mosquitoes in the room. The ac was not working and when asked they said they couldn’t do anything till morning cause there was no maintenance team in the night to do it. We literally spent the entire night in the heat killing mosquitoes. The staff were also pretty rude about the whole thing

Room size is small. Overall services was good. Cleaning is good. Equipments working well. Washroom is also too small you touch to the walls during sitting

Rooms are very compact, mosquito in rooms, water in bathroom is very hard. Breakfast doesn't have varieties, room service is pathetic. No value for money

Typical business hotel. Near and clean with small rooms. Good food & staff is courteous. Difficult for a family of 3 to stay in a room though

It's a really good NX HOTEL because I stay there with my spouse and it's very close to my meeting venue so I always prefer myself to stay there thanks so net and clean and staff are so friendly 😁.

Location was good. Property was also good. Courteous staff. My premium double room size was small. Had a comfortable stay experience.

Well , for a weekday staycation we were looking for something comfortable yet affordable, and after searching a lot we came across NX. Comfortable rooms ,a great lake view and yes ofcourse the food here was amazing. Our 3 days here were really amazing and appreciated the warm hospitality we received. If one looking for a couples of days to chill within a budget friendly range this place you shouldn't miss at the heart of the city.
