Not recommended to stay here. The room isn’t comfy enough to sleep. Air-condition was very noisy and the bathroom wasn’t working well. There are lot of staffs around but helpless. Only thing staff could do only says “Sorry”. They can’t fix anything cause management set the rule up very restricted. We have problem alot about the transfer car. It’s not cover the timing of ferry. Beach was nice. Food was okay. Better just to visit for sunbath. cause the tour boat will take you there anyway to see the turtle. Even we paid to stay there. They still asked you to pay for snockling anyway. Not worth it

Hotel was beautiful. Snorkeling off the beach was pretty good, small sharks, turtles, tropical fish. The beach was busier than expected. Hotel is removed from hubbub but beach is public and well used. Hotel has basic shuttle service to main area. Hotel rooms would benefit from in room sitting.

Everything is good Suitable for relaxing. The atmosphere, staff, and rooms are all good. If you come to visit Koh Tao again. Will come back and stay here. Because I already like it here🥰

Really private beach, good atmosphere, clear water, probably the villa type that is chosen to stay far from the building. When I go to eat breakfast or go anywhere, I walk a little far. There are no golf carts available.

I have almost never written a Ctrip review, and this is the most serious one. Very very very not recommended 1. The location does not match the description: The hotel claims to be in shark bay, but in fact it is still far away from the real shark bay. It is not accessible by swimming or walking. You have to take a taxi boat to get there. Taxi boat costs about 1000-1500🐷/person/time; 2. The hotel room is very small and shabby: the hotel facilities are very old and the linen is not very clean. The villa doesn't even have a chair or table. When you return to the room, you can only sit on the bed. You can only eat in the outdoor pavilion after buying something, but the pavilion is full of bugs and mosquitoes. 3. The hotel has no service at all: the front desk phone cannot be reached, and will never be reached! If you want any service in the room, you have to go to the front desk. If you want tableware, sorry, you have to walk to the restaurant to get it yourself. If you want a towel on the beach, you have to go to the front desk to get it. The distance is very long, and the waiters passing by won't do anything for you or call the front desk. The most exaggerated thing is: During the stay, Ctrip’s calls to the hotel to help coordinate room issues never got through. In the end, they called me and I took my mobile phone to the hotel front desk to answer the call. 4. Don’t have any expectations in the restaurant. First of all, the environment is a mess, and secondly, there are very few dishes, so there is no consumption. 5. I have not experienced SPA, but judging from one of the top 10 spas in the world that I experienced in Samui, forget about Thai spas, they are low and expensive, and they can be beaten by any group purchase in Shanghai.

The location of the hotel is good, the environment is good, the restaurant is busy, the food is not delicious, the service is unsatisfactory, the breakfast coffee machine was broken for three days, the front desk service is very good

It's okay, it's okay on Koh Tao on the island, but the facilities are still old.

THIS IS THE BEST BEACH SIDE RETREAT IVE EVER STAYED IN!!! From start to finish we were treated like VIPs by Lidia and Aoe. We were even upgraded to a beach front Bungalow. The whole experience was incredible!!!! The breakfast is incredible With the view making it even better

We spend beutiful time in this resort. Everything si like in a movie, quite place with beautiful views unreal. People are so kind! Every recommendation for this resort! The rooms are big and clean, swimming pool area is also amazing. They have also a shuttle bus to pier and back 3 times and day! Everything is good organised

A very special place away from the hustle and bustle! Our bungalow was stunning with beautiful views of the sea snd pool. Beautiful white sandy beaches and warm sea where my husband and I saw 3 turtles and loads of tropical fish The people were so friendly and polite. The cleaning lady couldn’t have been more helpful and the bungalows were spotless. The food was delicious with loads of variety and happy hour had lots of different beers and cocktails. It was soo relaxing and tranquil and I had a wonderful Thai massage in the spa! I thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who wants to totally relax after exploring Bangkok and various other places in your lovely country. If you want a night out you can go on the shuttle bus or get a taxi which was really cheap !

I did an open water course with Lex van Helden. Great learning experience and very good facilities. Love the training course and environment over here. I would recommend going here. One of the best islands for diving aswell. Enjoy your time!
