ห้องพักดี บรรยากาศรอบๆที่พักก็ดี ร่มรื่น ต้นไม้เยอะ มีเรือรับ-ส่งฟรีไปหาดฟรีด้วย บริการเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าคุ้มค่า มากๆ

กำลังจะประทับใจกับบรรยากาศและขนาดห้องและราคาและก็อยากจะไปใช้บริการอีกครั้ง สิ่งที่ รร ควรปรับปรุงคือพนักงานรับส่งจากห้องไปที่จอดรถเวรกลางคืน มารยาทการรับสายคือโทรเรียกให้มารับที่ห้องแต่วางหูกระแทกใส่ ต้องทนแบบนี้3คืน ควรอบรมมารยาทการพูดคุยโทรศัพท์ด้วย ตี2โทรหารถมารับเนื่องจากลูกอ้วกฉุกเฉินโทรอยู่20นาทีถึงมีรถมารับ ขากลับเดินจากลานจอดรถกลับห้องเอง ทั้งโรงแรมตะโกนหาเจ้าหน้าที่ ไม่มีคนเลย ห้องพักที่หันหน้าสระน้ำ เจอแมลงสาบทั้ง2คืนต้องจับเองแมลงสาบบินอีกดีไม่มาเกาะหน้าตอนกลางคืน ยังไม่ข้ามคืนแรกส้วมเต็ม ยังไม่ทันอยู่ถึง1ชม. ต้องตามช่างมาซ่อม ดีนะยังไม่ได้ทำธุระในห้องน้ำ อาจจะมาท่อระบายน้ำ เรามีลูกเล็กมาด้วย ใช้บริการห้องอาหารของโรงแรมกับข้าวอร่อยอุดหนุนจัดเต็มมาก กับข้าวสั้งไป9อย่างได้มั้ง แต่คืนถัดไปขอยืมช้อนซ่อมกับชาม3ใบต้องโทรตามตั้งแต่ฟร้อนท์ ห้องอาหารบอกให้ไปเอาเอง จนลูกค้าต้องโทรเคลียร์เองถึงจะเอามาให้ พนักงานดูทำงานหนัก ควรจะจัดการระบบใหม่ อาหารเช้าประทับใจ บรรยากาศภายนอกดี หาดดี บริการพนักงานหิ้วกระเป๋ากลางวันดีชวนลูกค้าคุย มีใจบริการ

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool and pleasing, there is a bathtub, the atmosphere is very good, natural, lots of trees, but no mosquitoes or insects to disturb at all. Ordinary breakfast, average taste. Khanom Krok and pork porridge are delicious as always. Came for the 2nd time and was impressed both times 2 swimming pools Suitable for families with children. There is a kayaking activity, 150 baht per hour.

Had a Amazing stay. What a great location and wonderful staff. The view from form all angles of the hotel is amazing! From the room to the pools view everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

It was my first time to visit Koh Chang. The hotel was fine in every aspect. The only thing that disappointed me was that I couldn’t sleep well at night. This time I stayed for two nights. On the first night I heard There was an animal barking in the room. It was very loud and kept barking. I searched the room for a long time and couldn't find it. I thought it was outside and it would leave after barking for a while. But it never left. There was no other way but this. , I reluctantly stayed for one night, and I wondered if it would stop barking the next day. I didn’t expect it, but it was still very loud. I had no choice but to look for it. There was a small hole outside the roof, and it was inside. I tried to remove it. We were driven out, but it ran into the roof, probably in the bathroom, and scared us all. I went to the front desk to find the staff, and found that there was no one there at night, which was despairing. Friends who stay in the hotel in the future must pay attention. I checked online and finally found out that it was a lizard. I really hope that the hotel staff will deal with the lizard as soon as possible, otherwise I will not be able to sleep.

I have stayed here many times. Although it is an old hotel and the facilities are a bit outdated, it is more cost-effective and the environment and breakfast are both good. There is a ferry to the beach, and you can rent motorcycles at the front desk.

It's a fantastic place. Immersed in vegetation. The Resort is located on the edge of the river. It was nice to go to the beach by boat, enjoying the beautiful view during the short journey😊

so lucky that we’ve got a very good price even it’s high season already. this hotel has delicious breakfast, many choices of foods to select. nice service, good location. overall this is one of the best hotels here in Koh Chang.

The hotel has a lot of weak points. The wooden tiles at the swimming pool have a very high risk of injury, as do the loungers... whether on the beach or in the hotel, most of them are broken.. the beach is full of rubbish and sand flies, that's not proportionate to the price, the staff tries hard .

My stay was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and the swimming pool is great. I can’t bear to leave.

The hotel is relatively old and it is inconvenient to travel unless you drive or rent a motorcycle. But the environment is pretty good and breakfast is OK. Not suitable for bringing children, only suitable for couples who are not in a hurry for a vacation.
