Great hotel staff and friendly people at reception. However, security and hotel GM are awful. First of all there is no easy access to the hotel by taxi and it really requires efforts to get a Uber in. Secondly, the security misbehaved and stopped me from entering the hotel just because I came on a 2-wheeler as someone came to drop me. Hotel security said that they will not allow a 2-wheeler to drop a guest to the hotel door, shut the barrier on my face and blocked me as well. What’s rubbish that even hotel GM does not have a courtesy to come while hotel guest is standing out to get in his own room to access his belongings. I have not seen such a Marriott GM after having stayed in hindered of their property. Is this the standard of Marriott in India?

It was really had a very good experience. We asked for birthday party and the team had organised it very nicely and beyond our expectations. Very tasty and wide variety of food. Customer service was really professional. Special Thanks to George and Siddharth for being with us to take the order and serving it so nicely. Really appreciate their hospitality.

Had a wonderful lunch buffet at the Artiste restaurant. My family and I enjoyed the meal. The spread, while not being the largest, made up with great quality food. A special mention to the lovely Sneha, Angel and team at the restaurant for taking care of us.

Excellent and friendly staff , good food , easy access from the forum mall- Lunch and dinner buffet are reasonably priced Spacious restaurant- live music and magic performances were there on the Sunday brunch . Bar is not yet opened as they are still waiting for their license .

Did not stay at the hotel. Had dinner at their restaurant. The spicy bellini mocktail was really good. The stuffed banana dessert was so unique and outrageously good. Special thanks to George and Siddharth for great service. Will definitely be back again once they open the bar.

The food was very tasy and lot of food options were available. The staff was very friendly and very good service. I want to thank George for his lovely service. For birthday they gave us a complimentary cake a surprise which was planned by George. Great ambiance and great experience

Excellent interior, ambience, food and service at the Artiste restaurant inside forum mall kochi. Decent food spread for buffet, not to mention the desserts. Special mention of Subham, he was fantastic. Btw reasonable pricing also. We will visit again.

Excellent ambience, good food coupled with hospitable service makes Artiste a royal experience. Good selection of menu items will delite ones taste buds. Restaurant is located at a perch from where the whole food court is visible - adds a different view.

I celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at the Artiste on 25th May 2024. It was a great experience. We were able to bring the birthday cake from outside (of course we informed them about it and got permission a week ago). Thank you, Artiste for the permission. The ambiance of this restaurant is fantastic! Also, this restaurant has ample space, hence we never felt overcrowded. We had a dinner buffet at Artiste. The food here is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the pasta and grilled chicken. The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite. Especially the manager and front desk.
