Convenient hotel, not expensive, excellent customer service, but need to replace new shower curtain, as it is old and smelly.

Very old and quite run down, with very small room, but staff were very helpful and location decent. Perfectly adequate.

The room is not big but has good functions. The suitcase can be put away, the bed can sleep two people, the bed is comfortable and the equipment is convenient. The hotel has free parking and breakfast ➕900 yen is worth it. The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's right next to a shrine. It's very quiet and nice. The front desk staff speaks good English. Check-in is fast and problems are handled in a timely manner. Very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the busiest commercial street and there are delicious restaurants that you won't be able to stop eating. They are all great. There is a small bathroom in the room. It is really compact, but it is still very comfortable to take a bath. My family and I shared a room. It was very comfortable and the price-performance ratio was great. No photos of the inside of the room. Chaoting is so delicious.

I used it on a one-night, two-day trip to Shikoku. There was no particular inconvenience during my stay, but I thought the toilet seat was a little small for men. I also asked for breakfast in a hurry, but 900 yen (per person) seemed a bit high compared to the contents...the taste was delicious. But it can't be helped because the price of goods is skyrocketing. This time I came by light car, but even though the parking lot in front of the hotel was empty all night, I was directed to a far away parking lot.

The hotel is easy to find. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is a bit small, it is fully equipped. There are various supplies in the corridor for self-service, which is very thoughtful. It was quite quiet at night. Although it faces the street, there were bombs in the street earlier. It has been quiet since the police called.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Kochi Station. There is a lot to see near Kochi Station. There are many places I would like to recommend, such as Hirome Market, Kochi Castle, Mt. Kochi, and Makino Botanical Garden. You can save on transportation costs by renting bicycles for free at the hotel. Transportation in Japan is really expensive. The facilities are neat and clean. I have a device that is not old.

Good value for money, and the whole hotel is non-smoking. It has obviously been renovated. Except for the old bathroom, everything is very good. Clean, polite front desk service, and free parking. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the shopping street, and about 18 minutes to Kochi Castle.

The hotel is in a great location and the cleanliness is reasonably appropriate for the price. But not perfect. The walls are relatively thin. But that isn't tragic either. I would book the hotel again for the price/performance ratio. 

Not bad. The location is not far from the city center. The Japanese girl at the front desk is very gentle and cute.

We used a Japanese-style room. There was a children's area with toys and picture books that the small children were very happy with. It was very helpful that this business hotel had a Japanese-style room with a children's area.

It's neither good nor bad! When I chose the cheapest plan, I ended up sleeping in a double bed with my friend lol Please be careful ^ ^

There is free bicycle rental, near the center and kochi station

I was able to relax. It was easy to go anywhere in Kochi, and there was a convenience store nearby✌️ Also, I would like to use it when I go to Kochi.
