The heated toilet seat was broken and water did not come out. I told the front desk and they moved me to the next room, but the strength could not be adjusted and the facilities were old and not maintained. When I drained the bath water, the toilet floor was flooded. I could hear the guests coming and going in the hallway and there was a lot of smell, so I had to put up with the noise all night and turn on the exhaust fan. In any case, it is an old hotel that needs to be updated. Even so, the front desk was very helpful.

About 15 minutes to Hirome Market! So you can drink a lot! ! ! This area is close to the station, so it will be crowded, so be careful when you come by car! As for cleanliness, I chose a smoking room, but it smelled three times as bad as I imagined, so this is the point. did you smoke before? ! ? ! It was the scent of the place. Maybe the weather was bad and I couldn't ventilate. Still, it's karaoke hall level, so if you're a heavy smoker, it's probably okay 🙆‍♀️

Generally not recommended due to the condition of the hotel. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were stains on the bed sheets and shower curtain that looked gruesome. There is central air conditioning but the temperature cannot be adjusted and hence it was very uncomfortable and stuffy.

This is my second time staying here. The staff are always polite, and although it is a smoking Japanese-style room, there is little smell and I am staying here with my children. However, I wish they would clean up the mold in the joints of the bathroom a bit more.

It was the perfect location for this trip as it was within walking distance of Harimaya Bridge and Hirome Market, and a short drive to Makino Botanical Garden.
