The interior design of the hotel is 禪. It gives you a peace of mind and silent feeling. The room that I stayed has a balcony. It has a good view of the onsen area.
The staff is helpful and polite.

位置較為隱蔽但是喜歡安靜的會狂喜。對大行李箱者不太友好因為要爬山上階梯。進門有個庭院曲徑通幽處，讓人放鬆下來。旅館的位置在温泉寺廟旁邊。
我的房間在負一樓，天很陰冷，樓道不夠温暖，房間的保暖系統也一般希望升級一下，聲音很大馬力很小的暖風機和一台烤火的暖爐。暖不到衞生間所以衞生間特別陰冷。衞生間的設計、硬件用料很簡約大方上檔次，房間是經典榻榻米，兩個人睡OK的。就是房間公共區域略窄行李箱攤開剛好滿了，日本這邊房間都不大，需要習慣一下。
前台接待的小姐姐是福建還是台灣人忘了，服務超級好，很貼心，温聲細語的給整個旅程帶來最愉悦的享受，會給出很多遊玩建議，有問必有答，説是這家店因為這個小姐姐而有了靈魂一點都不過分。

設施：正常，一個酒店該有的，還是有的。
衞生：正常，整體房間的衞生沒問題，公區乾淨沒那麼乾淨，可能是天氣原因。
環境：需要爬山，拿大件行李的需要注意。庭院沒有維護的太好。
服務：服務其實有點疑惑的，因為偶然聽見前台説過中文，但是衹要和她對話就是英文日語，不太能理解。

誰住誰知道 嚇死個人 主打一個國人騙國人
關西23天之行 最差的一間酒店 沒有之一
這麼説吧 房間説白了就是地下室 不管它地勢如何 就是地下室 空調異響 房間裏的衞生間 浴室都冷到致死
洗漱水斗連熱水都沒有
進門也各種詭異 位置也很難找 拖着箱子的真的要慎重啊啊啊 苦口婆心親身經歷
