Swiss Star Zurich Airport - Self Check-IN Reviews

If you need to stay for one night, be prepared for this nightmare of place. PRO: 15min closer to airport. Towels and bed clean. CON: Awful smell inside the room. Walls and pavements so dirt and disgusting. All windows broken with no possibility to close them. Centimeters of dust on almost every surfaces as visible on the photo of the door. I wish they will do something for it, but the better thing to do would be tearing down the place. Dead insects and hairs everywhere.

One of the worst place i have ever stayed. Smelly room, no amenities, no cleanliness. I would not recommend any one to stay in this.

It was OK at the price I paid for but it needs to improve the toilets standard and control the noise from the outdoor sitting customers of the next door India restaurant. The rest of the things were fine.

It's close to the airport, in a good location, and the rooms are neat and clean.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from Zurich airport. Check in is via code after email registration, no staff available. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable for a good night sleep, clean bathroom and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel

Its budget self check in hotel. Near airport and train station. Good for a night or so.

Nice hotel, money value, clean

We had lots of problems in our room, with a shutter that didn't open, a TV that didn't work, lots of kitchen utensils missing, etc. Unfortunately the staff and the helping desk didn't solve the problem within our 3 days there. A positive aspect is the location (very close to the airport - you can even walk) and the self check-in scheme).

The check in code I was given didn't work, nobody answered the phone when I called so we were unable to actually use the 2 rooms we paid for and had to pay over 300euros to stay in another hotel. Very disappointing and stressful for our first time in zurich. I contacted the hotel via email and they said they would investigate it but nobody has got back to me. It makes the whole self check in part pointless is the Code doesn't work and nobody is available to help

The location is perfect for to go early to the airport, you can 15 min walking there. The check in war a little bit confused, but the others gast helped me. The price was ok, you are in Zürich Flughafen.

Very basic and near airport. Clean as well. But no one you can call for help. And the amenities are basic, not even kettle in the room.

Near airport, easy to find, clean, self check in was so convenient for someone who dont like to interact with receptions.

The check-in process was very convenient. We simply entered the PIN provided by the website, and it automatically gave us the room number and password. The location is also great, just about a 20-minute walk from the airport.
