There was only coffee in the morning even though they advertised free breakfast. The bathroom shower was not clean and the room had an odor. The ac was not on when we arrived and the unit was very loud when it ran. There was no sign on the building with their name on it only a small sign down a side road that was stuck in the ground at the driveway on the side of the hotel. The front entrance was blocked off which was annoying because the GPS takes you to the front entrance. We would not stay there again.

The whole place needs to be updated but it was ok for a simple budget place to stay while visiting Orlando area.

Door to the room looked misaligned with the frame but worked fine. Its a convenient and basic hotel for Disney and Universal. Liked it overall.

The mattress was pressed so close to the wall it was almost ontop of a broke light switch. The bathroom ceiling had a moldy light and rusted out sprinkler. The shower had a scummy, rusty molded out hand rail with a severely outdated and scummy shower head. The staff was nice enough but housekeeping left all of the used washcloths in the shower and only replaced half of the towels when they cleaned.

Excellent option for the price. Beds were comfortable, the room was basic, but clean, and the staff were wonderful! If you’re spending most of the day in the parks and you don’t require a lot of amenities this place is perfect!

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

Good location, large rooms with 2 queen beds, very affordable, can’t beat the price, owner and staff was very attentive, worth the stay and I definitely stay again and recommend!

Close to all the tourist shopping centres and a 10-15 drive from Disney. Would have been nice to get towel service and sheets changed throughout the day but otherwise was a very nice stay for the price.

The building is aged and the lobby is sp**** but the room was decent and the beds very comfortable with premium pillows and nice bedding. Great value.
