Hotel very well located, close to supermarkets, depar**ent stores, outlet shopping and amusement parks.
The room cleaning service leaves something to be desired as it is only carried out twice a week.
The water pressure in the shower is weak and as it is a room for 4 people, there could be more chairs inside the room to provide more support and support during any meals inside the room.
The lighting in the room is poor, only a lamp.
But none of this affected our stay, as we spent more time on the street than in the hotel.
The breakfast included in the rate is great!

Nice rooms. There was a lot of moisture under the floor in our room. And what was bad was that the swimming pool was out of use.

I asked for a quiet room and got one above the lobby where only a closed door is seperated from the next room, so I could follow the whole conversation from my neighbours through the night. It seemed they lived in my room... Positive parts are nice and clean rooms and breakfast.

There’s no storage even to a bathroom door hook to hang up pjs or anything half the the room outlets didn’t work the toilet paper holder was just gone the toilet seat had a bolt missing .theres a tall lamp but only the top outlet worked .so you had to unplug it to charge any of your devices.there website says guest laundry ,children’s play area and out door picnic area .none of that’s there .theres no designated smoking area and the pool has been closed for months even though the temperature was in 80 .the reception couldn’t find our reservation insisted we were booked somewhere else .it was a 12 day stay and she wouldn’t even help me get on the internet to prove I had a reservation.save your money stay somewhere else

Not going to lie. I kept waiting for something to be wrong as it seemed too good for the price. But everything was great. Room was big and very clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and better than most. I definitely would recommend this hotel and would go again. They’ve done a great job.

The property was very clean and needs are very comfortable. Our room was misbooked by ******* though. We booked a double for 4 adults and were given a single king bed. We were told that there were no rooms. As I was on the phone with *******, front desk clerk found us a double. I'll have to follow up with ******* after. The resort fee is twice what they ******* said it would be so be prepared. Overall, pleased with the room but not with the booking details that were missed!

Sketchy. Checked in and checked right back out. Locking room was ripped from the wall. Room stunk. Area is ok I guess but not a car in the parking lot when I checked in. Didn’t actually stay here. Looked at the room saw the there was no latch on the door and left.
