Located in Kirishima, 25 miles from Kagoshima Chuo Station, Yakakutei has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge.
A bit old but the service and onsen in the room are amazingly good.

住過最好的酒店之一，是一家有年代的温泉酒店，據説世代相傳，日式園景設計很漂亮，我們訂的日式房非常寬敞，含了早晚餐，酒店有自己的農場，食材都源自於自家農場，還可以全日本配送和牛，早餐十分精緻，晚餐可以吃到和牛、龍蝦等懷石料理，房間內的用餐服務非常好，也可以選擇去餐廳用餐。酒店服務非常好，提供到機場、隼人站、國分站的每日接送服務，酒店員工會主動詢問每天是否需要預約接送，提供高級車輛一對一接送。大堂有免費現磨咖啡，房間裏minibar均免費。房間有一個私湯，可室內可露天。免費公共浴場有三個室外温泉池和一個大的室內温泉池，温泉水温度高，泡一會兒就出汗了，是日本少有的碳酸泉。酒店對面就是一個大型超市，有各種鹿兒島的特產和新鮮食材，還有一個便利店。有一位會中文的小姐姐。整個體驗非常好，一定會再來！

園林環境很漂亮，各房間圍繞一個園林，感覺好像不超過10間房。入住的那個房間內有私湯，有圍牆，外面看不見裏面，私湯泡温泉很舒服。入住當天在酒店裡麪的餐廳用餐時，吃飯的應該都是住客，但應該都是日本人。在攜程訂雖然很貴，2個人一晚價格是近6300人民幣，但入住體驗還是開心。沒有覺得前台有人講華語，但不影響溝通交流。如果有更多素食選擇更好啦。阿彌陀佛。

I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

日帰りで温泉を利用させて頂きました。 女湯に入ると男性がいました。男湯のドライヤーの故障があり、誰もいなかったから利用していたと。実際には故障していなかったようですが。せっかくの仕事休みの日、ゆっくりしたく行ったのに、不安ともやもやで残念です。男性が悪いのは分かっていますが、異性が簡単に入れる仕組みは良くないと思います。このご時世、利用者が良識人ばかりとは限りません。旅館からの謝罪もなく残念です。

秋の紅葉時や連休で高級旅館はどこも満室のため老舗の旅館、また別邸でそれだけの値段だったので期待をして予約しました。 またコロナ感染防止のため、内風呂や客室露天風呂付きの部屋を選びました。 しかし別邸？と思えるほどの古さ。 お風呂はお湯をためても漏れてしまい、シャワーも気持ち悪いくらい汚れててとても残念でした。 朝のモーニングコーヒーもお金を取るなら取るなりのものを出して欲しい。 ぬるくて飲めない。 部屋に飲み物を持ち込んだらお金の徴収。 この旅館は何でも金取り主義なんだと思いました。 チェックアウトの時はフロントに誰もおらず、お見送りや宿泊のお礼の挨拶や見送りも有りませんでした。 私も会社を経営してますが、お客様には見えなくなるまでお見送りを徹底しています。 仮にお部屋が良くても食事が美味しくても、お客様にありがとうと言えない旅館はどうなのでしょうか。 こちらの旅館には二度と行くつもりは有りませんが。 若い職員で経営するなら、それなりの教育は必要だと思います。

星１つもつけたくない、リピートしない宿です。 この宿を選んだのは、オンラインで見た魅力的な写真に惹かれたからです。しかし、実際に訪れてみると、期待から大きく逸脱した状況に直面しました。街中の古民家であり、古びた印象です。部屋はリノベしているようですが、高級なつくりではありません。 高級宿のイメージが強かったため、現実とのギャップに大きな落胆を覚えました。 宿は霧島市内の中心部に位置しており、霧島温泉地区ではないです。 施設全体に漂う不快な臭いは、滞在を一層不愉快なものにしました。ロビーから客室への廊下の途中にあるトイレの前を通ったら便所臭くてびっくりしました。 女性用浴室にはいれば病院の集中治療室や汚れたトイレを連想させる匂いが常に漂っていました。 客室は、目に見えるほどのほこりが舞っており、明らかに清掃が行き届いていませんでした。掃除のときに、換気や掃除機を手抜きしているのか。 料理を提供する男性スタッフの衣類からは汗の臭いがし、この宿の衛生管理に対する疑問を強くしました。 サウナが朝利用できないことや、提供されているドライヤーが質の低いサロニア製であることも、この宿がコスト削減に重きを置いていることを物語っています。高級宿ではありませんね。 この宿のサービスや施設は、支払った価格に見合っていないというのが私の正直な感想です。他の宿泊客には、この宿を選ぶ際には十分に検討することを強くお勧めします。 霧島温泉には、沢山の高級旅館、手頃な旅館がありますので、他の宿をとられることをすすめます。
