Dear Asimba Villa, one of ur team who is may be in charge of receiving the guests is unprofessional,rude,I was very disappointed with her services that kind of behaviors ruin the whole image of the hotel, u should look for the qualified staffs.

My room was super comfortable and so clean!! The ladies that run this villa were fantastic...very professional, helpful and understood good food!! Always a bonus for a vegetarian. I loved the peace and quiet after being out and about in busy, friendly and lovely Kigali.

Warning, tourist trap. The accommodation is presented on Booking as a hotel when it is actually a guesthouse much smaller than in the photos. Everything is chargeable and expensive on site, even air conditioning and possibly laundry in case of stains on the bathroom linen. "Bank fees" are imposed by the establishment in case of payment by credit card, without any prior information or valid reason. It is certainly a quiet and well-appointed area, but in which one does not feel very comfortable or free (gate open only on request, surveillance cameras inside the villa), as is the case in a hotel. Far from the sense of welcome so present in Rwanda.

Justine en haar team zorgen ervoor dat je een perfect en zorgeloos verblijf meemaakt. Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Ontbijt en desgewenst avondmaal op welk moment dan ook. Poort wordt netjes afgelsoten dus een veilig en aangenaam gevoel. De kamers waren super! Netjes, ruim en verzorgd. Leuke babbels met het team!

Un véritable havre de paix où Isabelle et Justine sauront vous combler par leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance, notamment. Une très très belle adresse et si paisible demeure. Je vous la recommande pleinement. Les hiltons et cie sont clairement en deçà de leurs prestations et peuvent aller se rhabiller!

Von der ersten Minute haben wir uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die kamerunische Gastgeberin Isabelle hat und mit Rat und Tat beiseite gestanden und uns sehr geholfen uns in Ruanda einzufinden. Das Frühstück in dieser persönlichen Pension war einfach, aber sehr lecker. Der ruandische Kaffee in der French Press der beste Start in den Tag. Nah am Flughafen gelegen ist es die beste Möglichkeit nach einem langen Flug schnell zur Ruhe zu kommen. Generell findet man hier sehr viel Ruhe, da es in einer Seitenstrasse liegt und nicht direkt an einer lauten Hauptstrasse. Was noch hervorzuheben ist, ist die Sauberkeit. Die Möbel waren wie neu und das Zimmer sowie Lobby makellos sauber.
