Beautiful, clean, very good a**osphere, delicious food, beautiful view, good pool. Beautiful sea, can only use the sea, deep water beach

Place and rooms not properly maintained. Quite deplorable conditions. We thought by upgrading our room to the suite room that faces the beach would make a difference but sadly no. We just ended up paying an exorbitant rate for the upgrading but the room was not much different from a budget room also.

Third time here most of the things still same “Old fashioned” but never feel like disappointed. I stay at Villa Sea View 4 (beach front) actually every morning I have to wake up and go somewhere to drink a coffee but right now they have own coffee shop name: Panan Beach Club open at 07:00AM (early open in Khanom) Nice taste of coffee especially specialty Panan blend that can make good Iced americano. And also have drip coffee include breakfast like croissants or some of another breakfast menu. Pizza is one of the best seller and good choice for family the prize are ฿฿฿. Alcoholic drink is one of special offer for the people want to try something’s new and relax at the beach. New landmark in Khanom, don’t forget to visit.

no wifi in "cheaper" bungalows breakfast buffet without healthy products swimming pool beautiful but n o handrail to get in shower warm but not hot footpath to the bungalows and to the restaurant not sheltered and very slippery no hot water kettle in bungalow

Please change the towel, check your head and wipe it off. Very black. Do more cleaning under the open bed. There was sand and dust everywhere. The furniture in the room, like the wardrobe, I don't know if it's a concept or not, but it doesn't work at all. The TV is very small and the picture color makes the people on the TV have black lips. The entire floor of the house was ready to collapse. The toilet lid rocks back and forth. The shower was gushing water in different directions. Training on employee etiquette and providing service training would be good. Both the staff at the check-in counter and the staff who serve during breakfast I've been eating breakfast for 2 days and have encountered employees stepping on the cloth and mopping the floor. I'm confused. I'll leave it to you to check as described. I'm not talking too much from now on. I stayed in the last family room from 14-16 March. If I wasn't pet friendly, I wouldn't stay. and don't think of coming back to use the service again
