I have tried many hotels in Kuwait & this is the best in terms of location, service & everthing. This is not the first time & it will not be the last

I would like the hotel to check the camera of the day I checked on 16 of April and checked out on 15 on April. On the day of checking out around 7 am I asked the hotel at day before my check out to book me a car for the airport and they dealt with the situation very unprofessionally. And the duty manager whom is a Turkish nationality and her hair is very short ( I forgot her name) she was rude and she literally told me to leave the hotel she said get out!!!!! I was so shocked of the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I have been delt with. I would really like the hotel to check the cameras

Room is clean and food is good, staff are helpful, i was angry waited long time for check in big thanx to bushra who was patient with me and kind and explain for me world of hyatt, I will surely comeback to stambul restaurant, best breakfast i had .

As an executive chef in a mechelin starred hote in paris : I had the chance to meet Bouchra while checking in and out , she is a hidden treasure, her energy and attention and care made me feel like im in a 7stars hotel and great french accent made me feel like im still in paris .

I was insulted by the phone operator. It happens people get angry and they say things they regret She never apologised. When I escalated the matter I was given empty promises and lies Her co workers were obviously trying to hide the issue. I only asked for a written apology, which was not given The staff is not prepared or equipped to handle customer service They have ruined my anniversary. By far the worst luxury hotel experience I’ve ever had. It’s a 5 star building with a 1 star service.

expensive hotel no offers they looking for money only bad altitude for staff special ASLI front office manager she need training to how treat the guest she has silly smile i feel she work against the hotel. i will never come back again and i inform all my friends to far away from this hotel.
