The Chinese students at the front desk are very enthusiastic about the service. There are buses and trams in the CBD. The transportation is convenient. There is a big supermarket nearby. You can cook your own food. The only drawback is that the bedside table design is unreasonable and easy to hit.

pretty annoyed to have to lodge $50 deposit” in case i break any thing or take anything” does that include soap??? Had to wait for the person to come to the office - sign said back in 5 minutes but noone turned up - there were 2 people waiting - a phone call and finally turned up to register. If you are going to charge a deposit it should be on the booking site - not a surprise when you arrive. Won't go there again

A good set up with parking available, admittedly you pay a fee but an good option. I couldn’t get the TV to work but it was fixed very quickly by friendly staff. No instructions on how to navigate the TV etc…. Would be nice to have a book with info about restaurant etc…close by. There was. Bit of noise both inside and outside the hotel which was disappointing as I went there for peace and quiet. Overall a good experience with room for improvements
