DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

The best staff I have ever met in a long range of hotel expiriences. Always smiling always helping. Special thanks to mr metin yücel, mr hakan kadiroğlu and his staff, mrs yazgül and mr can and the general manager mr alp atilla. İ have been to much more expensive hotels non of them was better then the double tree kemer.

I really amazed about the smoked beef ribs. Thank you Chef Metin Yucel. Everything was excellent 👍. We gave 5 star for these reason. Crew was so helpful. Drinks and foods were delicious. You have wide products. We have offer this hotel. ,,♥️♥️♥️♥️

Fabulous holiday at The Hilton Doubletree in Kemer. Lovely pool and soft fluffy towels and the Jetty area was our favourite spot. This resort has everything coffee bars .food trucks with delicious options and a very tasty salad bar in the main restaurant . The evening meals and breakfast were varied and has some delicious fish options. Special mention to Funda the girl is so efficient and friendly and works very hard. They all do but she was exceptional. And Pubraa and her colleagues gave us a very warm welcome and a glass of fizz on arrival and we're always on hand to help. Last but not least the pool and beach staff outstanding customer service.And possibly the most important aspect to this hotel is their cleaning staff who do a great job. We loved this holiday and will be back. One more shout out the staff at the bungalows were great and we really enjoyed our day there.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel, our only complaint was the weather was to hot but I'm pretty sure the hotel doesn't control this! All of the staff from reception, bar staff, kids club, waiters were excellent and extremely helpful, a special mention to our favourite waiter Ortac who was exceptional throughout our stay. The food was excellent, the choice and quality the best we have ever experienced from an all inclusive stay and I think this is probably our 11th or 12th all inclusive holiday we've been on. The only negative comment is that the all a carte restaurants all make a hefty surcharge if you want to use them, an additional 120 Euros for my partner, daughter and I to have a steak meal is ridiculous and I'm clearly not the only one that thinks this as all of the al a carte restaurants were virtually empty every night. However don't let this put you off, expect to gain some weight if you do go to this hotel but I guarantee you will return with great memories, a big smile and a cracking tan.

The Hotel. The food. The rooms. The shower. The staff. The spacious layout. The food truck. The boardwalk. The waiters on roller skates. The chocolate infused croissant. Did I mention the food? The bars. The beer. This place has it all. Sell ur house. Quit ur job n move!!!

The hotel has the highest level of service and works very hard to provide us with all the things we want I won't go into detail, so to speak, but it's really worth it, it's one of the few hotels I would simply go back to and I recommend it with all my heart

Just back from a 10 night stay. Hotel in good location, Birce was extremely welcoming on arrival. Rooms were great, everything you could wish for - great bed and shower we also had a lovely terrace. You could also order your choice of pillow. Extremely clean & our housekeeper was excellent, friendly & efficient! Food trucks at lunch were amazing and delicious! Was a fab variety of food and something for everyone. We also paid x2 to use the bungalows on the pier (although slightly pricey). They were great and service was also good. Special mention for Tamer. The addition of the hot tub (cold tub) & upgraded sun beds was great on our second visit. Also visited the Italian and Steak House which were lovely and excellent service but were a lot more money than previous A L Carts we have been too in hotels (€40 euro each for Italian and €50 for steak). Only negative was we were refused a glass of wine and was told we had to buy a bottle from the expensive wine list when it was available in the restaurant. When using the paid services, guest relations popped round numerous times to make sure everything was ok. However , the service was not 5 star. There was usually only one person on the bars, which means you would be waiting a long time for drinks. Also the drinks were made so different at every bar, sometimes not even drinkable! At breakfast and dinner, sometimes you could have finished your food before being offered a drink. Dinner was also extremely busy, whilst there the did extend the opening times to help with this. There were also hardly any toilets around in the day and for the size of the hotel. If not up early you will struggle to get a sun bed at the pool which is really frustrating this was not monitored (we went out several days because of this). After visiting other hotels, there are definitely things that can be improved. Overall we had a nice stay and explored the area, however would not return.

The hotel was amazing pity the service in the restaurant and bars lets it down ,waited ages for drinks no getting drunk here even when you go to the bar yourself it's a long wait. In the restaurant it's not much better unless you get Ali whose absolutely top notch at what he does then be prepared to be disappointed. Having said that the staff are very friendly especially sultan who cleans in the restaurant she's always talking to guests asking how they are as she's going round the tables. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are brilliant and the staff fall over themselves to help if they got the glitch with the slow service sorted it would be 5 star review

Just had the most amazing 11 night stay at the double-tree Hilton in Kemer. The hotel is fantastic with a wide selection of facilities and entertainment. The drinks and the food are marvellous! To top it all off the staff were absolutely amazing catering to all your needs and being very helpful! A special shout out to Tuana and Deniz in the animation team which kept you entertained throughout the day and were very friendly! Also, Huseyin that kept serving excellent drinks throughout the evening and night 👍🏼 highly recommend!
