I made a hotel reservation through Trip. When I arrived at the hotel, the 2 children who appeared on Trip did not appear at the hotel free of charge. I could not reach the customer representative through the Trip application I tried to reach. We waited for a while at the hotel and we solved the problem with the help of Mr. Hasan at the hotel front desk. The hotel is not bad, the employees were very diligent and helpful. The head waiter was very helpful. We would also like to thank Mr. Ersin for his kindness, patience and interest in service. Do not make a reservation in this application, you will not find a contact person.

We have been at the hotel for a week, we were met by pleasant staff at the reception. The hotel has everything for a pleasant stay - air conditioning, clothes dryer, TVs, refrigerators, safe. Rooms are cleaned daily, beach towels are also changed daily. According to nutrition, the food is varied, the breakfast is hearty, lunch is always meat, fish, vegetables, salads, side dishes, sweets, fruits. Dinner is also varied, and national dishes are often prepared. The hotel is located on the first line, behind the hotel there is a view of the mountains. The coast is clean, the stones from the water have been removed by the hotel staff, the sand, the entrance to the sea is smooth. The booking process for an all inclusive 5 day trip was simple via *******. We had to wait a little after the Checkin period for our rooms. The rooms were clean especially the bed sheets. Towels were missing but eventually came after asking twice. Food was a massive issue as nothing is labelled and when asking staff if things were vegetarian they just said yes, even when it wasn’t! Twice we ended up eating something that wasn’t vegetarian which we were very upset about. There was a lot of wasted food from the buffet, and if you don’t arrive early then most likely it won’t be refilled. I cut oranges to juice as there was a juicer there, the manager tried to charge me for it and snatched the oranges away. They don’t take any requests for vegetarian food. Most of the non food staff are friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay more than 2 days, however I wouldn’t go back there.

I went with my family. The hotel was a very family friendly place. The staff were fantastic. Really good service. At check-in I was given a room with a defective wc door, but the same day I get a new room without problem. Animation staff, Naile, Kader, Ibo and Ibrahim were fantastic for their work. Restaurant staff, reception staff were very friendly. Bar staff Huseyin was very friendly. cleaning could be a little better but otherwise it was a fantastic stay. It is recommended from here.
