The hotel is good! Personal is good! Place in the city is good! In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are normal, it will do for budget tourism. But it’s far from 4 stars, not even Turkish ones. We were in early April. The food was terrible. I won’t talk about diversity and quantity. The quality of food was disgusting. This is the most terrible kitchen I’ve ever eaten. Everything was overdried. Not tasty. The soups are terrible from powder in our opinion. In general, at the end of my vacation, I lost 5 kilograms from 65 kilograms to 60 kilograms. The rooms were cleaned once in 7 days. They write that ‘all inclusive’ food is strictly three times a day. The bar is strictly until 22:45. From 23:00 to 00:00 a light snack. The soup that was left from dinner. Well, sometimes there were good desserts. Everything had to be asked. Clean the room, replace the bed/towels/ashtray. The Internet is paid. 27€/10days. There is no own parking lot, but there is enough space nearby. Stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. Do you want a beach holiday? Forget it!!! The road to the beach is through the slings of neighboring hotels.

The worst two weeks wev ever experienced on any holiday in our lifes. From start to finish one problem after another one. We arrived at 2am and was told there would be some food downstairs for us we went downstairs and there was a large salad bowl with a side of cockroaches.. so we gave that a miss went to shop and made do with chrisps. The first day by the pool a member of staff came round shouting at us because we had brung down the white towels we didn't understand at first then about 20 minutes later came another member of staff explaining we cant bring them down from the room I said to the member of staff I will take them back upto the room when my partner returns from the shop as I didnt want to leave the little ones playing alone in the pool.. while I was waiting for my partner to return the manager herself came over with attitude pulling up the towels from under me and my 15 year old with discusting attitude! The food in the restaurant is discusting its beyond discusting iv never seen anything like it. Breakfast pancakes and eggs comes with flys buzzing around all the food the lids arnt closed so bugs are just crawling all over. The only food we could eat was rice! We was served uncooked raw chicken on three occasions (see pictures) we had to ask for our room cleaned on 5 occasions. Everyday we'd come upto the room to discover 2 towels "we are a family of 6" so everyday we was having to go ask for more towels. The bed blankets on the bed feel like rough towels, blasting music till 11pm everynight there's no settling your children before 11pm, the lamp in our room was smoking if we turned it on. The fridge door was hanging of. The balcony railing was lose and wobbly therfore we never used our balcony. All inclusive drinks came in plastic cups with the last person's lipstick. One night my son got a drink in a glass that was cracked he cut his lip. In the restaurant there was never anywhere to sit i was stood up eating on 3 occasions. My 2 year old everynight ate his tea in his pushchair as there's only two highchairs for the entire complex. The hotel staff favourite russians they are served before anyone else. Entertainment staff are ignerant if you are English. Ladies watch out for the blonde guy hes discusting towards woman rude and grabs you. He picked up our 2 year old and kissed him twice (very strange) there's a kids play area advertised ill include a photo that is also horrendous, never used the main pool as people reserve sunbeds from as early as 6am so we always used the smaller pool. Everyday fighting of swarms of ants and wasps. The smell of cat pee lingers all around the hotel grounds there welcomed onto the hotel and the restaurant so be ready to dine with flea infested ferrol cats everyday. In the day at the small pool you will find the bar staff using there phones or sneaking of for cigarettes leaving you stood upto 20 minutes for a drink. Wifi is 13 euro per device for five days. As a family of 6 with 6 devices needing WiFi

Just had the worst two weeks I’ve ever exaperianced in my life, I’ve been to multiple places in turkey and all been lovely. First of all the hotel favourite the Russians. On multiple occasions I’ve taken the kids to the pool snack bar and been ignored and the food handed to the Russians even thou I’d been stood waiting half an hour for the kids food they just walk up push to the front say to the woman who cooks there that’s mine and she hands it to them. Never got a seat in the restaurant and no high chair for my toddler he had to have every evening meal sat in his stroller. The kitchen staff are rude when I asked for something I was ignored so had to hunt around looking for things such as cutlery and plates as they are not rotated enough. A few times ate cake with a knife as couldn’t find any spoons. My seven year slipped in the restaurant from the drinks machine leaking and a member of kitchen staff pointed and laughed then continued to joke about it to another member of staff. Ugur in guest relations is overworked and underpayed he tried his best to accomadate us with needs for the family but you could see he was overworked he even came in on his day of because he new how stressed we was with all the problems. We had to asked for our room cleaned multiple times. There was never enough towels for the family. Couldn’t sit on the balcony without swarms of ants and the smell of cat pee. Never saw the pool by the pool bar cleaned only saw the main pool cleaned once. The smaller pool by the pool small was always full of stones and you couldn’t see the bottom it was always murky. Never got a clean cup for a drink they always smelt foul. Only edible food that we had to fill up on was chips at the snack bar and rice in the evening. If we ate anything else we was badly the children was sick a few times and have come home with infections. We tried a number of times while there to complain and try to get things done better as exapected for a four star but all we got was ignorance and harassed for airing our opinion. And if the hotel manager sees this and writes a snarky remark accusing us of lying because we want a refund you will see for yourself below when she reply’s we’ve come home and not once tried to get our money back not do we want to we’ve had enough stress for two weeks we just want to make brits aware that you are not welcome there and to avoid the place. In the end we ate out and had a wonderful time down in the main town the locals was lovely and the food was great. Even a few local restaurants said they get a lot of people from tu Casa because they can’t stand the food or the company it keep. Since we’ve come home we have had emails and Facebook messages of harassment nature from the hotel telling us to remove our reviews ofline. On the fifth day we posted a review and we was constantly harassed to take it down so in the end my wife just changed her name on the review.

The hotel overall was a medium experience for my partner and I. We went during August. We were quite sceptical by booking this holiday after reading mixed reviews about it. However we’re not too picky so we booked it anyways. The first thing in reviews that you read is that the hotel is full of Russians. Which is true. The hotel does cater a lot more to the Russians than the other guests. For example, there’s several animations during the day like darts and evening shows. But they’re all in Russian…. So my partner and I would go and we’d feel very left out as the animation people would only speak in Russian so we didn’t know what was going on. They would joke around and essentially just speak in russian for the whole game and show so we eventually stopped going to the entertainments as it was just very rude. Then the Russian guests would only speak in Russian, no English!!! The bar staff were only friendly to them and also only spoke in Russian. The Russian guests would push in lines during the dinners and reserve towels all day and claim that they were there all day, which they weren’t. The staff of the hotel came across very rude and again only catered to the Russians. When we arrived at the hotel, we didn’t even hear a welcome or a hello from the reception and felt as if we were going through security at the airport. It was just “passport please” and that was it. The hotel rules were also ridiculous. If you were found taking food or snacks to your room, they would try to fine you €50 for that. Also the WiFi, we had to pay around €20 each for 10 day WiFi connection. (You pay for each device). You would also be fined €50 for taking your room towels to the beach or pool. Instead they wanted us to rent special towels for that , that costed around €10!!! The rooms were fine, nothing to complain about. They were cleaned daily very well. The beach is also just rocks so keep that in mind. There are hotel sunbeds that are just for the hotel guests which is also good. The beach bar is a joke on the other hand. You cannot get any alcoholic beverages from the beach bar, only fizzy drinks and juices. The walk to the beach is also terrible, you are walking through this alleyway in between two hotels that is filled with bins and bin bags, which was a terrible walk with horrible smells. There are shops around the hotel, but the scamming is out of this world. Every shop has a different price and they try scam you with a high price even if you’re just buying a packet of crisps. The hotel shop also has high prices which is ridiculous. So we just went to a shop called Carrefour which is around 7 minute walk from the hotel, which has regular Turkish prices. The food was good I will say. But the queues were crazy. Dinner started at 7pm and the Russian guests would queue up from 6:30pm. There would also be a special dish everyday like kebabs or even shark meat. But because of the Russians queuing up, by the time you got to it, there was none left. So th

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Turkey! The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A special highlight was the massage – Jakub, the massage therapist, was truly exceptional. His technique was professional and relaxing, making it one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quality service!

Very good and clean hotel. The staff were polite and courteous. We had a big family reunion and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and our wishes. Yes, there're some cons but definitely more advantages. As September was still a peak time, many loungers were taken at the beach. Some loungers are in bad shape, but aren't replaced. The walk to the beach is indeed through an alley with trash containers, but it's not too gross as you might think. Not a sandy beach just fyi. The hotel offers daily shuttles for free to some other beach, which is 15-20 min walk otherwise. The pool program during daytime and after dinner they make contests, karaoke, kids time, Brazilian evening etc. We stayed 7 days and we enjoyed every bit of it. The food wasnt what they show on their IG page, but it was always a good variety, refilled all the time and delicious. Good job!

My boyfriend and i have just come back from this holiday and all i can say is to ignore the reviews. We have had the most amazing week away the staff especially made our trip, the entertainment staff were amazing especially one who went above and beyond with making it, playing games with us throughout the day and taking us out at night. The receptionists were lovely especially one guy who really helped us out as we were english. The entertainment at night varied from Brazilian dancing to traditional turkish dancing and karaoke. The food was amazing varied every night and taste so good and the room was lovely and big with a lovely balcony. The beach was also lovely and the drinks behind the bar were good and even though the staff couldn’t speak much english they were always lovely. You are near all the shops as well with only a short walk. The pool was lovely and we never struggled to get a sun bed, overall we had the best time and will definitely be going back. Once again i can’t thank the staff again, please be kind to them some of them work such long hours, being kind cost nothing and they will go over and beyond to make your experience great.

Me and my girlfriend had the best time here, it was my first proper holiday abroad and I couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were all great, especially the entertainment people, constantly talking to us and checking we were all good and also playing games with us everyday and taking us out to clubs every night. The food was amazing, I got to try lots of different dishes I wouldn’t normally try. The room was big with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, which was very nice as well, especially in the sun. Never struggled to get a sun bed either. The drinks throughout the day were always good, the bar staff didn’t really speak much English but were always super helpful. Overall had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone and will 100% be going back!

I went with a group of female friends all of us being in our early 20s. We were constantly being bombarded by the entertainment team and hotel staff who kept going above and beyond and kept reminding us it would not be “free”. Drinks were topped up with spirits all the time, night time entertainment we were being forced to try and attended and being asked to get into our bikinis with staff inappropriately touching one of my friends. Food queues were very long and always waiting for seats food also not very good, rooms basic and booking on arrival, struggle for Sun loungers by the pool also. Walk to the beach smells like sewage, I could go on. PLEASE if your are a group of young women do not go here, to also note we all went for massages in which one of us was sexually assaulted during, ******unsafe*****
