酒店位置不錯，周邊超市多，購物方便，房間比較大，比較安靜，大床房睡的舒服，有按摩浴缸，窗外是摩天輪，早餐一般吧。

挺好的酒店，凌晨一點多到的，前台會説英語服務態度挺好的。但是房間裏面沒有拖鞋，懶得找人問有沒有，走廊特別寬還有飲水機和熨斗啥的。房間也很大，窗户是那種防窺的。，窗簾也很厚實拉起來根本感受不到外面太陽。酒店馬路對面就是Татнефт арена非常近。不過俄羅斯酒店都是那種用鑰匙的。附近有一家漢堡王找不到東西吃可以去漢堡王吃。床是兩張單人床拼在一起的哈哈哈哈有點奇怪，不過 睡的挺舒服的。四月去還有暖氣根本不怕冷，酒店裡面有一種俄式復古風

Останавливалась в отеле в феврале 2024 по работе несколько дней. В номерах лютый холод, свищет из окон, стены «картонные», слышимость адовая. Отель крайне уставший. Интерьер в цыганском стиле. Завтраки обычные, однообразные, но поесть можно, голодными не останетесь. Апофеозом моего пребывания был кавказский праздник в ресторане отеля в будний день до полуночи. С учетом слышимости бодрая восточная музыка практически играла у меня в голове. Я многие годы останавливаюсь по работе в разных отелях нашей необъятной, но такой треш под знаком три звезды встречаю впервые

Самый большой минус - слышимость в номерах , такой еще нигде не встречала. Слышно прямо четко каждое слово соседей , хотя не кричали, спокойный разговор. Очень тощие подушки для меня , неудобно. В остальном можно сказать приемлемо , поспали и ладно. В ванной все нормально. Завтрак тоже около дела, блинчики вкусные и омлет.

Из положительных моментов: просторные номера и вежливый персонал уборки. Минусы: не вежливый угрюмый ресепшен, очень ушатанный номерной фонд, в 30 градусную жару не работает кондиционер, все об этом знают, но ремонтировать не собираются( очень душно в номерах). Завтраки однообразные и не вкусные.

Отдыхала с дочкой с 27-29.07.23. Отель хороший. Необычный дизайн. Заселили на час раньше, огромное спасибо молодому человеку на ресепшен. Очень вежливый, профессиональный и любезный юноша. Номер был чистый, кондиционер работал замечательно. В душе очень хороший напор воды ! Мини холодильник, фен, всё, как и было заявлено. Освещения в номере вполне хватало, подушки то же устраивали). Я бы, пожалуй, добавила только вешалок для одежды. На звукоизоляцию не жаловались, было очень тихо. Кулер на этаже в коридоре (вода была тёплая и текла совсем тоненькой струйкой). При заселении дали 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. Расположение отеля хорошее, правда не совсем центр, но и не далеко ( автобус + метро или только автобус). С учётом вполне адекватной стоимости отеля, можно добираться до центра и на такси, не дорого. Общественным транспортом мы почти не пользовались, так как было очень жарко и находиться в нём было очень не комфортно (отсутствие кондиционеров в автобусах, раскалённые печки при жаре +34 . Так же, автобусы рано прекращают движение по вечерам ). Рядом с отелем сетевые продовольственные магазины, развита инфраструктура. В целом, очень даже не плохой отель за эти деньги.
