Τhe hotel is something above and beyond in terms of quality and price, everything is very good to perfection and especially the staff is the best and will you allow me to make a special mention of SERDAR, and I will definitely visit KAUSERI again only this hotel.

Odanın temizliği konusunda maalesef çok vasattı. Yatağın bir tarafında yatılmıştı, çarşaf ve yastık kılıfı kıl doluydu. Perdede kurumuş sümük vardı. Havalandırmadan olsa gerek, içeriye sürekli çok iri kara sinekler giriyordu. Lavabo çevresi de benzer şekilde kirliydi ve el havlusunda saç vardı. Gece yaklaşık 1.5 saat koridorda tartışmalı gürültü devam etti. Yol yorgunluğundan hiçbirinin üzerine gidecek mecalim yoktu, bir an önce uyuyup geceyi getirip odadan çıktım ama genel anlamda keyifsiz bir deneyimdi.
